Boy did well to get through those middle rounds. I wonder if he came in a bit too heavy, but fair does, he sucked it up for 4 rounds and came back strong. He will have learned a lot maybe too much muscle that sapped his oxygen in those middle rounds. I can see what he has done here.. it could work if those called back are fully fit and full of energy. But the full back positions worry me. Bryan and Vyner are really going to have to step up if this is going to work.

In self defence I am sure they can. And if they can't the law is an ass. Stand there and take a beating because you are not allowed to defend yourself you seem a weird rule. The footage looks like steward piled in with the punches first, cannot really tell if the supporter got a sly dig in first. But what ensues doesn't look like self defence it looks like he is handing out a bit vengeance. I would be surprised if the steward had a job after that and potentially is up for a bit of time behind bars.

With O'neil and Smith in that midfield we have energy, ball wining ability and two calm heads. With the options in front of them and movement this could possibly be a winner of a formation, of course everything looks good on paper, but for me that looks like the strongest team we have had this season, although you could potentially swap Freeman for Reid if he was fit and shuffle Tomlin around. As a boxer you do not rely on a judge, you finish the job, so a bit of hot air from Frampton me thinks. If you cant take a guy out with a Broken jaw, with 8 rounds to go, there is something wrong with your attack imo.

I think its a little harsh, especially due to the circumstances in the Quigg Frampton fight. Considering he had his Jaw broken early I am not sure Quigg he got the plaudits for the fight he actually fought, especially as he got stronger as the fight wore on. It may not have been the best of watches, but i think that fight should be looked at in the context of what happened.
