I expect Burnley to come down and probably look to get value from him on the pitch rather than sell him.

2 games in short succession and Huddersfield are playing for their Championship future and we are in the beach. Could see it happening

Agree generally but as he is still only 23 would be keen to give him next season if we are sticking with Manning, a coach who likes him, to see if he kicks on

This debate was completely lacking in substance. If we play like we did today we will NEVER get 16 wins home and away. Listen to the pod every game but this was utter tosh to listen to. 

Very average performance. But I think 9 points clear with 9 games to go and a much better GD will probably see us safe for this season with a few points picked up here and there.

Funny, FBC spent a large part of the pod each week discussing NP’s future when he was manager.

Used to be that each of the pods were polar opposite in their views, which wasn’t so bad when listening to both after the game. Now it seems FBC in general have U-turned on criticising the board or management, guest dependent.

Haven't listened to FBC in full yet bar a snippet live, but judging by the comments on here about a certain contributor’s comments, and the title of the pod, I’m expecting similar views from some.

We were ahead twice and lost the game, and also conceded 2 goals & gave away a penalty in the space of 12 minutes. Made absolutely no changes or tweaks, two days after he says “if you aren’t going to win it, make sure you don’t lose it” about Cardiff. 
 

We were solid for large parts of today, but you certainly can’t say that’s 100% down to the players imo. 

Listening to some of the views on the podcasts today is insufferable. We conceded 3 goals and a penalty all down the flanks and we changed absolutely nothing to try and nullify this, even after leading twice!

I remember a number of times Pearson hooking a defender if he was getting exposed or putting another player there up support and to sure it up. Absolutely no risk of that happening last night. 
 

Mind-blowing the amount of comments saying “that’s on the players” or “can’t blame the manager for that” or even “Ipswich were too good”. Anyone with half a brain could see where we were getting exposed following their subs and Manning did nothing about it tactically or by making changes for circa 35 minutes until the end of the game.

Saw a comment saying James has fallen out with Manning. It is likely hot air, but I wouldn’t be surprised. The players were absolutely hung out to dry last night by Manning’s tactics after putting themselves in a great position to win the game.

He needs to show the tactical noise to try to make that change then when it clearly isn’t working.

You had another left sided defender in Roberts who could have replaced Pring or gone in front of him to plug the side that we were getting absolutely shafted down.

To do literally nothing after McKenna brought on 3-4 attackers seems pretty incomprehensible. Especially after 2-2 and a penalty being missed both from attacks coming down that left side.

Ipswich all over us and miss a penalty won down our left, no changes.

Ipswich score to go 3-2 and still no changes, no change of shape even with no subs, nothing at all. 

Manning is as much if not more responsible for the loss than the players. 

Never imagined our star left back getting terrorised by Wes-Fricking-Burns.

I was much more annoyed v Cardiff when Dickie and Vyner were ignoring easy passing lanes and taking an extra touch.

You can tell that they play with the same strong philosophy and mentality each and every week, the midfielders just know what to do. 

Ipswich midfielder - picks up the ball, turns forward and drives towards the opposition goal and/or picks a forward pass

Bristol City midfielder - picks up the ball, turns forward, turns back around, passes the ball back to centre half 

Conway not signing a new deal so has LM been instructed not to start him? 

Enjoyed watching us play under Pearson, knew the team were industrious and would give it a go against anyone, whatever the final result.

Had the match on today but barely watched it, so uninterested in what is on the pitch now.
