Like all clubs, 6426 will include those season ticket holders who, for one excuse or another, weren’t at the game. So the actual number present last night will actually go down like their sisters.

Four of those five end of season matches had a lot of meaning to Leicester, Plymouth, Blackburn and Huddersfield.

After the award of the pen, Hudd supporters were singing “the referee’s a w*****”, which I think is unlikely.

No, me neither.

It’ll be funny (and typical of them) were they to demolish the existing stand then decide not to proceed with the rebuild. 

On RB after the match, the summariser (haven’t a clue whom he was) said “I just hope that Matt can get it right because we all know that Rovers are a sleeping giant …”. FFS. Sleeping giant my arse.

The other one I think is a bit bizarre is Wickwar. Definitely Wells’ goal. On RTV they showed a super slo-mo of the goal. The ball hit the defender’s head, onto Wells’ head and into the net.
