formerly known as ivan Posted January 13, 2019 Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 I posted after the Fulham away game a couple of seasons ago (the one with Tomlin’s last minute winner!) that I had seen GON on crutches at one of the tube stations after the game. I asked what was wrong and he made reference to a long term injury and the medical staff not knowing what they were doing. Got slated for it at the time, accused of being a shit stirrer! I know very little about golf but I believe to take a swing at the ball you have to stand in a certain way and twist, putting strain on back and limbs. This seems very strange to me.
