LEE THE LITTLE TINKER!

Recommended Posts

Apparently we have already used 21 players in our first 3 games, the second highest in the Championship, hopefully that will settle down, it will be a shame if he goes back to his old habit of constantly chopping and changing.

We have moved a few of those on in regards to Pack, Paterson and Taylor to be fair.

Discount the Leeds game and you're down to 18 then. We just hadn't finished with our transfer business.

Allowances for the QPR cup game where he rotated, less the transfer of Pack and loans of Pato and Taylor, injuries to DaSilva and Wright.
Look at it that way and it's been pretty settled.

He  needed to refresh the squad and has recruited Afobe, Nadge, Messengo and Pereira all featuring so far. Plus losing Wright and Dasilva to injury has created two defensive vacancies.

Once LJ has a fully fit squad he’ll be able to put out a settled team

That’s how Nagy is pronounced in Hungarian.

The ‘y’ sounds like an ‘e’

Just writing Nagy as it’s pronounced correctly.

The original story wasn't linked but it is specifically the three Championship games.

  • Only Cardiff City (22) have used more players in the Championship across the first three matches this season than Bristol City (21).

Was just going to add that. In fairness, this includes subs, so we used 14 v Leeds and since then have given 5 (?) debuts, so not entirely surprising. More just a reflection I think that we were a little behind the curve on day 1 as to what our squad would end up at.

Yet you are able to write the rest of your sentences without spelling everything phonetically (maybe that should be fonnetickally for you).

If you pronounce his name in English it sounds exactly as you read it.

However I’m respecting his name by writing it as it sounds in Hungarian - Nadge.

I cant see why that’s a problem for some................:dunno:

Why the need to be xenophobic and change his name so it sounds English?

It’s a problem because you do it because you think it makes you ‘edgy’ and ‘controversial’, whereas actually it just makes you look stupid.

Then again you seem to get off on being the idiot in the village, so who am I to stop you.

Perhaps @Ian M will have to use the forum software to stop you being a dick like he had to with Kodjia.

Excellent point AP.

Nagy is therefore pronounced Nadge.

It isn’t spelt Nadge though, his name is Nagy. As in the Hungarian spelling for his name.

You are being xenophobic making his name sound English when there is no need.

Another way of looking at it, tinkering with the team is also a good way to manage the full squad of players - keep them all happy if possible.

No because that would actually give some credence to his excuse for it, he’s only done it with one player to deliberately and persistently troll - something others would get banned for but never him....

Heaven help us if "Nadge" is crucial to us getting to the "pray offs" this season.

Perhaps we need an "alternative words and phonetic spelling" sub forum to accommodate RR's posts.

Except no one picks on "anything he posts".

When he is a troll or acts a **** he is called out for it.

He does, occasionally take part in actual debate on the forum and sometimes makes valid points, so it's a shame he spends 90% of the time acting a complete tit.

I don't know Robbo and to my knowledge never met him but it seems a real shame that every time he posts something however trivial, someone comes on and starts slagging him off. It's like a pack of wolves attacking their prey or a gang of playground bullies attacking someone outside their "gang"

We all post things which not everyone agrees with, that's life, but the constant picking on him just because he's a bit controversial isn't fair, in fact I'm surprised that he still posts when he knows what's going to happen. Remember, there is the ignore button if he upsets you too much, or would that negate your fun. Give it a rest!

I do think that it is starting to settle. I think there will be a starting eleven focused around 14 / 15 players and the bench has a few that will move in and out.

If the 5212 is here to stay I think there are some nice rotational options where necessary:

Palmer / Szmodics

Weimann and Afobe / Diedhiou and Semenyo

Hunt / Pereira

Perm 2 out of Brownhill / Nagy / Massengo

Completely missing the point. There’s a huge difference between having an opinion people don’t agree with and being a deliberate and persistent troll - that is thinking you’re being really hilarious by saying things with the sole purpose of winding people up and getting ‘bites’.

The solution is to warn people for it and then if it persists, ban them, however for some reason this never seems to happen to this one particular wind up merchant.

It’s clear to anyone that spends enough time on the forum, the difference between a controversial opinion and deliberate trolling, and this is very much the latter as it’s been going on for several years.

As if any further evidence is needed, just look at the amount of threads that end up in this sort of derailment. Is it a coincidence that it’s always the same poster at the root of it? How many more times does it have to happen before that’s no longer coincidental?
