Bobbie
What has happened to Taylor Moore? Terrible half Link to comment
AshtonRobin21
The level of quality in our defence is a huge worry. The likes of Vyner, Moore and Rowe would only get into the likes of Luton, Barnsley, Wycombe and Rotherham. Hunt is a bottom half championship player. Needs addressing in the transfer window. Sessegnon, Kalas, Mawson and Dasilva should be regulars. We need more quality in depth. Link to comment

No team stays rigid in formation, it's all down to the coaching and game plan. Link to comment
old_eastender
so nearly 1-2... Link to comment

Midfield non existent and two very defensive ‘wing backs’........ Agree, knowing this many players wouldn’t feature he should’ve changed formation to suit the changes Link to comment
Sir Geoff
This is as bad as anything last year get HNM off ffs Link to comment

collier
This is so poor, if you didn't know you would think we were the promoted side playing away from home in our first game back at a higher level. Link to comment
MC RISK77
Bentley been our best player days it all.... Taylor Moore has been woeful alongside many others Link to comment
ReggyRed
Weimann has been awful. Link to comment
SedRA
Most disappointing thing from that first half is the lack of a discernible identity. Still feels like LJ randomball, with players just looking like they’re making it up as they’re going along, too many random hoofs upfield. Where is the fresh new attacking approach with players really knowing their roles? credit to Coventry though, look a good side. Link to comment

Alessandro
Well that's pre-season optimism drained in 45 minutes. Look, it's the first half of the first game of the season I know. But early signs are not good, that's putting it politely. Could easily be losing at half time. We looked like the newly promoted away team. Coventry, better all over the park, in possession, out of possession. We had 40% possession. We're constantly resorting to long balls already and our 'unforced errors' and misplaced passes must be well into double figures. Front men too isolated. Only positive - Kalas and some Bentley saves. 2015
Absolutely nothing in Midfield. Chelsea were allegedly interested in Massengo once? do me a favour.. Link to comment
George Rs
Credit to bentley thought that was 2-1 Link to comment
Red Exile
It’s a dominating and confident Coventry performance. Should be winning. A lot of pretty woeful ‘hit and hope’ to our play. In a battle of the coaches you’d have to give this to Mark Robins. Big half time. Link to comment

Sounds like the first bit was bollox, 2nd ball from hoof ball seems to be the style, not unlike LJ! He learned his bullsh1t from the master of it. Link to comment
Garland-sweden
Ok 1-1 at ht. Coventry the better team. Some talks from Holden and subs on. Think we will win, COYR!!! Link to comment
Jerseybean
We have been second best so far. Coventry look lively, inventive and are most definitely the better team. We have helped them considerably by giving the ball away too easily, going sideways/backwards too often, lacking any creativity and demonstrating poor decision-making. IMO we are very fortunate to be level at half time. Deano and co need to address things at the break - otherwise we are looking at a home defeat here. Link to comment
