🤣 cook hopefully not out of reach but you might be right.

Who would you bet on?

Cook went for it last time but didn't get the job.

Why ?

What will be different now ?

Anyone of any quality , or  say the quality we need, will not join us with the current recruitment set up. There will need to be changes. @Oléposted a very good explanation of why the recruitment processes and people have to change. If , according to the interview last night  with Steve L, Mark Ashton is useful at league meetings, let him do that, plus organise the pasties and cleaning. Then hire someone, alongside a visionary coach to put in place a state of the art recruitment team and associated processes. Just changing a coach is not going to solve anything. The current set up will deter anyone of note, and anyone who accepts the current regime will result in the same end point as LJ and Holden.

Not happening. There were discussions in 2016 that went nowhere. He's madder than Cotterill.

Also, look carefully at his career. Has only ever really had success at one club - Leicester.

I can't see Cook or Howe coming here.

I think we need a bit of a hard bastard to come in personally.

Nigel Pearson would fit the bill for me.

But he probably wouldn't fit in with Ashton and SL - he'd be too honest.

He's mates with Mark Ashton from his West Brom days. If we go for him, the OTIB servers will overheat.

Also, there would be nothing more Bristol City than appointing a Manager who just got spanked 4-1 by Lee Johnson!

Well, we shall see.

All I know is that I wouldn't be putting my money on anyone else right now.

Not Pearson, not that the board will want the nutter.

I know he’s a hard bastard and will “stick it up the spoilt, snowflake primadonnas” and all that but he is a massive *****.

Wouldn’t want him at the club.

I’ve heard it’s nip and tuck between Darren Moore and Massimiliano Allegri.
