Shit draw as usual.
Forest lucky again, Hull lucky again, Swindon lucky again...

PHEW!!!
Three golden points: good job, lads!

Despite the weaknesses in the team and the unsatisfying level of play...I honestly think that a City side with a little number of injuries could avoid relegation quite easily: being without Tanner, Williams, King, James, and having some players who probably are not at their best yet (Massengo, Semenyo, Baker) complicate things.
Hopefully some of them will return/find their form soon and give us a boost.

Awful weekend: injuries, bad performance not helped by a penalizing refereeing, teams behind us winning...
-
One of our most reliable players at the moment.
-
I was confident about Scott's ability but I feared that playing both him and Benarous in such a difficult moment of the season was a risk: maybe I was wrong...

Superb win: good job, lads!
Some positive results on the other pitches too.

Tough match, but maybe...
COYR!

We played quite well overall but threw away two points against a Blackburn side that looked beatable: disappointing result.
Good impact on the match for Wells, less good for Han, a negative one by Semenyo.

Are we hanging on? Hows the game flowing?
Blackburn seem to have more energy left but both teams are creating chancee.

Great chance for Wells.

We need an injection of energy. Maybe Pring/Dasilva can bring it?

Cardiff and Hull winning, Reading 1-1.
-
Time for Massengo and Semenyo?
-
Good first half for us.
Defence was OK, Callum scored (helped by a deflection), Williams gave balance to the midfield, Scott's passing was great, Bakinson and Benarous (!) had chances...
Let's not lower our energy and concentration in the 2nd half, and obviously we need a second goal.

That was close.

GEEEET IIIIIINNNN!!
CALLUM!

Not a bad game so far, but crossing/final passing should be better.

Benarous is quality, clearly you have not seen him play.
Unproven youngsters are not what we need now IMO.

Benarous? Seriously?
It seems a 3-4-3.

Ops.
Anyway, there are many other examples Looking at the FA Cup's last five editions:
Morecambe: Chelsea last season, Tottenham this one.
Rotherham: Everton, then Manchester City.
Then Lincoln (vs Everton), Middlesbrough, Wimbledon, Tranmere & Marine (vs Tottenham), Stoke, Fleetwood & Wigan (vs Leicester), Shrewsbury & Plymouth (vs Liverpool), Port Vale (vs Manchester City), Reading x2 & Derby (vs Manchester United), Preston, Blackpool & Leeds (vs Arsenal), Norwich (Chelsea).
Not to mention League Cup's early draws: Burton-Liverpool, Chelsea-Bristol Rovers,Everton-Yeovil, Everton-Rotherham, Leicester-Fleetwood, Everton-Salford, Man City-Preston, Leyton-Tottenham, Luton-Man Utd, Chelsea-Barnsley, Manchester City-Bournemouth, Lincoln-Liverpool, etc.
The best option we had was...Aston Villa one time?
