  1. Same. I started queuing at 7-15. No info announced until game kicked off about SS turnstiles being clear. Stewards took abuse though ultimately its the managers fault for being incompetent. Kids crying because they were understandingly scared and fans obviously very missed off as they couldn't get in and missed a goal. It could have got very dangerous and the club need to put measures in place to stop it happening again or the council need to revoke the safety cert for the stand.
  2. We've been crying out for a shithouse for a few years. Seems like we finally have one. New contract please
  3. VAR Ruining football, one game at a time.
  4. Why is it that when I see Ross McCorie I immediately start sing Oasis Morning glory. Maybe that should be the basis of his song, "Whats the story Ross McCorie".

    Wells

Was it just me (probably was) or did Wells seem well off the pace when he came on yesterday. The one thing I associate most with Wells is his running and workmate but it seemed to be missing a little yesterday. Maybe it was a hard game to get up to speed with but there were a few times where Wells never made a run which was on.
  6. I was 20 rows back and my first thought was that Max should have come out and caught the ball. Need to watch it again.
  7. Unlikely due to the fact if you were scoring three every week you would no doubt win some games and with three points for a win you probably would not get relegated. Think of it this way...3 draws is three point. One win and two defeats is 3 points. With three points for a win a team that scores goals with get points.
  8. Just my opinion buddy and that's how I feel.
  9. Packers have come from nowhere to a win and in. J Love has really come of age this last few weeks and is easily looking the part. 30 TDs after 16 games with a limited receiver core ( injuries and experience) is outstanding. It's also better than any Bears QB ever. If we beat the Bears and make the play offs a lot will depend on getting players back from injuries however I don't think this year will be ours. Next year though, we take back the North and the NFC.
  10. Im old school ( when did that happen) and as I said to a similar aged bloke next to me at Birmingham, I would rather lose trying to win than draw playing not to lose. I really think its a generational thing.
  11. Left back passes to centre half, centre half squares it across to the other centr half, that centre half passes it across to the right back. Right back has a quick look up, decides there is no ball on and then passes back to the centre half who inturn passes it on the the other centre half who then passes it back the the left back. Occasionally we will get a moment of excitement when the ball will be played back to Max and we are left wondering if it will be played back the one of the defence OR punted up field. Does that sum it up?
  12. Can someone tell Sykes that you are allowed to take the full back on once in a while.
  13. I thought it was just some pissed Scottish blokes chatting
  14. Yep it was. They don't come along often but when they do I wouldn't want to miss them for the world. Fair play to Watford and their fans as well. Very knowledge fanbase and all said we fully deserved the win. Even hit us with some wurzels before the game .
  15. Boxing day away is always a must but it's 2008 since our last win. When I say "once in a while" I mean like forever.
  16. I'm out of emojis but would be laughing if I could
  17. Don't worry, I'm on the voddie now.
  18. What a day and what a performance. All I can say is that this is why we put up with the shite away days for the odd day like today. Perfect in every sense of the word.
  19. While there is some truth in your comment, the enjoyment factor of the football is now is much better imo.
  20. I would agree, such a shame for the lad.
