  1. I think you're perhaps forgetting that he is a league one player playing against currently the best team in the Premier League. He did well, and was a pain in the arse... nal (making this little joke was my sole intention).
  2. He played well, he was a real pain for the Arsenal.
  3. Here are two penalties.... https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxI_G2lRhIb5fxf2p2xce-4s3eXj6ZzqyL
  4. Imagine the shock when he finds that the missing ingredient is a decent manager.
  5. I hope that Fev's anal sys gets better soon.
  6. The trouble with apportioning blame to Steve Lansdown is that it is not an exact science. That goal can be missed even with exactly the right approach. We are the example of that. The fact that it hasn't happened is not a failure of leadership. If that were the case 24 teams would be promoted to the Premier league every season. All are stating that as their goal. I'm struggling to understand what Lansdown as an individual investor should be doing differently. Any ideas? In my opinion we are so much further forward than when he arrived, and even further forward than when we made the play off final and failed.
  7. I've only read 5 or 6 replies but I'm astounded. Can you imagine, or even remember, what it would be like without the Lansdowns? We've made huge strides as a club and memories of what it was like before seem very short.
  8. Yeah, that's as far as I got too, before throwing up.
  9. No matter what you say about Joey Barton he is not conceited at all ... no sorry I've got that the wrong way round... all you can say about Joey Barton is that he is totally conceited
  10. Absolutely. Those doors are definitely locked for up to 40 seconds prior to departure or suttin. Mind the gap.
  11. No he didn't. I remembered being disappointed not to see his weird running style up close.
  12. Alex Pritchard just scored to put Sunderland two nil up and made the Hammers sign to the Millwall fans. I looked it up and he is from Orsett in Essex so I guess is a big West Ham fan. I see he started as a youth at West Ham before moving on to Spurs but I've only known of him at Huddersfield and Sunderland and always thought he was a northern ba.... er.
  13. It's December now so we can start thinking about Christmas... err hmm... the World Cup (watch out for hidden Weimann)
  14. It is funny that, I also see pictures of Wael Al Qadi and think how lucky we are.
  15. Has the attendance been misreported elsewhere? FlashScores are usually so accurate (23k v Watford for example).
