  1. Course was purpose built with match play in mind, I'm sure team Europe had some notes
  2. Says in article it’s while Wiles-Richards is injured, so they want an experienced #3 rather than a young lad following the team around so makes sense

    Huge gap

Go through these results, the bottom 3 haven't really played many teams outside the top teams yet, Burnley have only played Forest outside those in Europe or Spurs/Chelsea etc and they got a point, they've also looked good against the likes of Utd while being cut open a bit they may not against the others. Sheffield Utd bar the 8-0 have had close games aginst a mixed range of opponents and Luton have also been close in scoreline outside their games with Brighton and Chelsea. Its too early to say how big the gap is. Burnley (H) v Man City 0-3 (H) v Aston Villa 1-3 (H) v Tottenham 2-5 (A) v Forest 1-1 (H) v Man Utd 0-1 Sheffield Utd (H) v Palace 0-1 (A) v Forest 2-1 (H) v Man City 1-2 (H) v Everton 2-2 (A) v Tottenham 2-1 (H) v Newcastle 0-8 Luton (A) v Brighton 3-1 (A) v Chelsea 3-0 (H) v West Ham 1-2 (A) v Fulham 1-0 (H) v Wolves 1-1
  4. On Chukwuemeka it would be a no for me, bar one or two flashes he was hardly a standout in league 2 and at 21 or 22 in Jan he doesn't have enough imo.
  5. I’m not sure if it hits him below the sleeve roll tbh
  6. First chance I’ve had to go to Ashton Gate in quite a while, thought Vyner was excellent along with first chance to see the new players live, thought TGH looked better in centre mid then when I saw him at RB
  7. Proper elbow, its a definite red, side on angle shows it better rather than front on
  8. Almost like the report of him not wanting to go there due to game time concerns was a load of shite
  9. He’s not confirmed he’s calling it a day, he had an agreement with Huddersfield if they found someone they wanted to appoint long term they’d tell him and he’d be replaced, it’s not a sacking as it’s the agreement they had.
  10. Showed what F1 could be atm if we didn't have Verstappen's dominance
  11. Agree as good as Stokes is Kallis was just another level
  12. Academy fixtures are on the club website with dates, kick off time and venue, it’s there if people do want to go find it, if you live local to a particular team not hard to think to check when City are nearby

    England

You can’t compare club and international managers the same, the clubs are playing week in week out and a method for regaining form is by playing and they play because club managers outside the window can’t just say I’ll go and pick that centre back from a different club whose playing well, international managers can. The simple question really is should Maguire at the moment be near this England team as one of the 2 or 3 CB’s most likely to play and the answer is no.

    England

I mean everyone apart from Ward-Prowse’s seemed pretty horrendous, Jordan putting London in Birmingham, the presenter then putting north London level with Norwich saying it was correct for placement It’s not due to longevity, it’s due to him directly contradicting his own words and his own previous actions. Next international break if Maguire has barely had a minute at United he simply shouldn’t justify a place as one of the most likely CB’s to be on the pitch.

    England

The issue with Maguire is Southgate’s made a rod for his own back originally saying he’d pick people in form, well Maguire clearly isn’t in form, he then dropped Stones from the England set up a few years ago for not playing enough, Maguire doesn’t play enough but still makes squads. We know Southgate just has his favourites who just won’t be left out. As with Ramsdale getting a full game, Eze getting minutes this was a good chance to test another CB in a pressure situation but instead he just reverts to Maguire.
  16. Just gone and had a quick look at the live stream for the game, some turn on day 1 but not excessive and pitch a little patchy and day 3 it still seemed to behave, I've seen Chelmsford a lot worse and nothing said.
  17. He's not under pressure, he's gone https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66765708
  18. Funnily enough could also be what keeps him at City, teams higher up the food chain than us will have noticed 2 injuries in successive seasons that have kept him out for a number of months and his robustness will be called into question. I think for January we can say that teams may still have too many question marks, if he stays fit and available until the summer it could be another case but as of right now he'll have question marks next to his name.
  19. Seeing the photos of Flintoff given that's around 9 months after his crash ?
  20. Was more the difference of stud than anything, regardless of whether its blades/moulds/studs you still see players regularly changing, regardless of whether its how solid the surface is the player still gets it wrong.
  21. The amount of players who slip over and change boots? I wouldn't be so sure...
