T-Shirt in Large is what I was after and they're what is not being restocked. Also wanted a zip hoodie in XL and although that states "in stock", it wasn't. They're waiting on a delivery of them "by the next game" (which I also can't attend!) and I believe that's the last batch of those too.

Lots of players came from other clubs first. Doesn't mean they can't then be attributed to the academy at all.

So they may as well have the protest as Liverpool are a likely win anyway. Don't think the above changes anything.

Have emailed the shop. If you've also missed out then yeah, go email too. Exactly why I wanted the Blackout stuff. Everything else in the shop for the last 20 years has massive designs on, is too bright, just... hated everything really.

Tried to buy a couple of Blackout items on Saturday and told they're already out of stock and are not going to be restocked because "people get bored of the same designs"... AFTER THREE GAMES? Surely if something is entirely sold out after three home games, it proves it's popularity and you should shift focus to get more of that in. Clueless. Basically was a bit busy before the first home game of the season, couldn't attend the second so was going to buy on Saturday but already been cleared. RE-STOCK IT! Whoever manages merchandising... just... logic, man. Please use it.

I think the common misconception is that the first team should be made up of primarily academy/youth and transfers should compliment it where actually it's very much the other way around. Brentford didn't have an academy and bought sensibly so I get the argument to not bother and focus all efforts on external transfer policy. It's not something worth an "I told you so" about as you haven't actually seen where we'd be without it. Webster, Kodjia, Brownhill, Flint are our highest non-Academy sales with Kelly, Reid and Bryan on the other side. Would we be better off having spent academy money on finding other Brownhill's etc. instead? Never know.

I get that, but if you've still got five subs to use. Where's the problem. If all five subs had been used already and THEN the head injury happened... sure. Allow a sixth. Not when you still have them all.

I thought the concussion sub only came into play AFTER you've used all your existing subs... seems stupid for them to be able to change more than half of their team during a game.

Surely they can cancel the old (lost) card and just charge you to get a new one activated... would seem odd to not have any facility to do so.

Something a bit random for your Friday evening. Not sure if any of you have heard of AI generated images but well, there's a bot in development at the moment on which you type in an example description and it'll develop a basic image around that description... Naturally I typed in "bristol city football club winning champions league". Now, I'm not sure whether it's kinda cool, or the AI bot was taking the piss out of me by saying, nah not even AI can make that happen. But anyway, thought a few here might be intrigued to see one of the better images it threw out.
