  1. The last train to Clarksville was 4.30
  2. I think it is? Some negativity about the result tonight, but surely it’s a sign of how far we’ve come since the Boxing Day disaster v West Brom? Keep it going boys, a top 10 finish is on the cards. We’d have all took that , wouldn’t us?
  3. I’ll give it a rest when your mate compares eggs with eggs.
  4. How about a manager who has 5 years, an open cheque book and more than unlimited patience.. Eh…?
  5. Happy with Max. Better keeper overall then Bentley for me. Not glued to his line and deals with crosses much better. Shot stopping improving as well. Keep it going Max
  6. Spent an afternoon in a bar in Kotor, watching the football. City beat Hull away 3-1 and the bar owner bought us a round of drinks to celebrate...!!
  7. Banned for 4 games. https://www.pnefc.net/news/2023/february/ched-evans-receives-retrospective-suspension/
  8. Went to Koper in Slovenia in September a few years ago. Good weather and a beautiful city. Might be worth a look.
  9. Pig was a brummie and Topov was the cockney monkey. Weird programme that was.
  10. Hartley Hare..!! That take's me back.
  11. Some are running out of things to moan about.
  12. On one of NP’s post match interviews he says “it was good to have Tomas back” Something inaudible was said (obviously by Kalas walking past) and NP said “it was good to have you back lad “ with a smile. Think Nige would like to keep him beyond this season, but as pointed out, at the right price. on here about 4:30
  13. Agree. Think the Webster fee will be blown out the water.
  14. I look at the job Nige is doing and can see similarities with the job dear old Terry Cooper did. Blending youngsters with some wise old heads. Terry bringing Tom Ritchie back was a master stroke. Nige has done similar with James and King. Trusted lieutenants who have helped develop the culture. Despite all the talk of playoffs, we’re still a couple of bad results from looking over our shoulders again. But sown seeds are starting to flower and the squad is improving with every window. Let’s finish this season in the top half and roll on the next.
  15. Port Vale will go above them if they win their game in hand in the week (home to Accrington) Lincoln will also go above then if they beat them at home next weekend. Then the gAss welcome Swiss and the tractor boys to the swamp. Lots of “ifs” in there but hopefully a bumpy end to the season looms.
