Petition for Harry Kane to be on the bench on Sunday, sign here….
over the moon though
No, Kane needs to start - to lull them into a false sense of security and then bamn! Watkins gets on for the last 15 and they can’t keep up with his movement and pace.

If the rumours are true that we’ve also agreed a deal for the “7” but that it can’t be announced until 1st July, perhaps they will both be confirmed tomorrow - one in the home kit and one in the away one …..
It will be all announced tomorrow as that’s when Steve’s pension gets paid in and he can write a few cheques knowing they won’t bounce.

This very important question has been asked many times on here already
A thread was started in Feb 2023 by @Jerseybean and had lots of suggestions for some great pubs.
Unfortunately I can’t seem to be able post the link to it here (maybe someone else can?) but it was a thread for ‘best pubs for away fans’ as per photo below- 1

On RB after the match, the summariser (haven’t a clue whom he was) said “I just hope that Matt can get it right because we all know that Rovers are a sleeping giant …”. FFS. Sleeping giant my arse.
Sleeping giant? More like they’ve been put into a medically induced coma by Wally .

Careful….
That might just be the ‘Plum Bar’ which has been at Ashton Gate (by the stage in the fan zone) for a few seasons but now (due to having to change their business model to suit the club…) they are rarely there. Shame because not only were they nice people who worked hard to get people served quickly as possible the beers they sold were also very good.

Thanks. I was half watching and half doing something else and heard that he “hurt himself” playing a pass so wasn’t sure if his quad went again.
I think at the time they may have been referring to Sykes?

It doesn’t seem right that, after paying for a service, it’s taken away.
It wasn’t ’taken away’ - it wasn’t there in the first place - as per above comments read the T&C’s

I’m assuming the area around the Lansdown stand will get a facelift when the new entrance from the Wickes site gets completed?

No he didn’t. You’ve repeated that line several times over the years and you’ve been shown he didn’t say it.
Yawn yourself.
If anyone else had posted that reference you would have ignored it but because it was @Robbored you thought you’d join the gang.
Childish and tantamount to bullying behaviour by posting replies which were not quite verbatim but were pretty close to it. There is an ignore button you can use if it bothers you that much.- 1

Villa fielded the grand total of 2 English players yesterday including subs. So plenty of options for him to consider....
Indeed - @Bristolisredd - that’s one more than just watching Henderson , so maybe he’s atoned for making such a huge mistake……..
It’s all about opinions and something tells me he’s more qualified than you @Bristolisredd - to make those decisions for the team he will be selecting.

Plymouth have turned up.....what a difference.
Probably because they saw our game against them and have learned from our mistakes?

I hate to be the one to ask, but what actually is it?
Beauty (and art) is in the eye of the beholder? Or depends on how many ciders you’ve had .

You used to have to have some money in your account, not much £5 or £10, a few years ago. Withdraw it back to your card 24 hrs later.
Good idea and it’s cheaper than using Robins TV and then flying out to Austria to watch it……

Rats in the club shop?
Can I order a rat burger - tail on, mouldy cheese, cheapest mayo possible all in in a stale bun, rock hard skinny chips - no salt and vinegar as I like healthy food, and an out of date Fanta on the side please?

What’s your solution then? It’s easy to come up with the reasons not to, and the potential problems.
I’m not having a go at you. As a fan, I don’t want grounds closed or points deductions either. And I’m no fan of Infantino (who I suspect is saying this now in the hope it just blows over). But I also don’t think it’s right to just sit back and let this keep happening.
And, ultimately, it will reach the point where players walk off and stay off (and rightly so) - and then what do you do? Dock points from Coventry and Milan?
No I don’t know what the answer is but I just thought Infantino hasn’t thought it through.

As for automatic forfeits; yes that could be open to fixing "it was a load of gurt teds" etc
Exactly what will happen and shows how out of touch Fifa president Gianni Infantino is with fans at the ground level.

Are old EP newspapers no longer available at the Central Library?
I’m thought they used to have copies from years ago that you could research and copy off, unless it was just national papers they had there? -

It seems like any events in the Uk where the good old British public turn up are targeted by either local councils , expensive car park prices aka Bemmy cricket club / field next door , overpriced food & drink stalls and rogue merchandise sellers , I really wish the good old public would 100% boycott all of these things
Bemmy cricket club is private land - they can charge whatever they think they can get away with?
Luckily I’m still able (dry days..) to cycle down to the ground so a bit easier at the mo but it’s not going to get any easier with the agendas all the Councils have in place to make life difficult for car drivers
