  1. Bright Start for Cov, Palmer plays in Waghorn but good save Max.
  2. Overseas connections only, working fine from Bucharest
  3. Ought to be going with an unchanged starting 11 from the Millwall game, with the exception of Wells for Conway. Hopefully we will never see AW wasted at RWB again!
  4. Don't know about anyone, but certainly should be able to match Millwall, IF NP gets rid of his stubborn head and picks, as you sat, round pegs in round holes. AW must play in the hole, behind the top two, move AS to central M/F and drop Williams, Tanner or Sykes at RWB. Atkinson CB not King.
  5. Totally agree AW needs to play behind the top two, utterly wasted at RWB and we have better options to play that role than AW anyway. For Millwall, like to see Williams dropped, Scott play central alongside James, AW in the hole. Tanner or Sykes RWB.
  6. I'd settle for better than we are showing but not by too much, and the safe mid-table position that would bring. Trouble is NP is a stubborn mule, won't accept when he is wrong - playing King CB (although King did ok today, it cost us 3 pts v Stoke), wasting Weimann at RWB - are two obvious examples. In the earlier part of the season, once we had finally ditched Martin from the starting line-up, we played some of the best football seen in years. We have the players to get back to that, but NP is not utilising them properly. My Dad used to say "there is none so blind as them that don't want to see", certainly applies to NP if he thinks watching yesterday the players "gave everything", some tried, others just went through the motions, fed-up I suspect with NP lack's of tactical nous, players being frozen out and others being played out of position.
  7. FT 0-2, awful performance, for all but final 10 mins of first half. AW wasted at RWB, Alex Scott with a complete off day, never got involved, too many long balls to nowhere. For me Pring our best performer, but 2nd half Naismith intent on ignoring all the chances he had to play the ball down LHS to Pring. Andy King did OK at CB before having to come off with injury. We are in deep trouble, and I don't think NP is the man to turn it aorund.
  8. A shot! Sykes with an effort comfortably saved though.
  9. Naismith with an awful FK straight into the keepers hands.
  10. Naismith has consistently ignored Pring this half, even though he has been in space and looks more capable than anyone else of making something happen.
  11. 0-2 great finish, after James loses the ball in m/f
  12. a dejected looking AW subbed, and Willaims off too. Tanner and Sykes on.
  13. Sykes about to come on, should be for Scott and push AW forward
  14. back to awful square/backward passing for us, Pring on the left touch line being ignored as an outlet for some reason.
  15. Semenyo warming up, I'd suggest taking Alex Scott off as he has not been in the game at all today - most unusual.
  16. King down looking in some pain (so far King not done anything wrong at CB)...
  17. HT 0-1. Pretty rubbish first 35 mins, AW looking a fish out of water at RWB, Scott not in the game at all. Much better final 10 mins, TC probably should score, but good save, then a few other half-chances too. Pring doing well and Naismith seeing a lot of the ball.
  18. Great chance for Conway but for 2nd time this match chance not taken.
  19. Rubbish cross from AW, when he should do much better in space.
  20. WBA dominating, only a question of time before it's 0-2 if we don;t change something
  21. Scott not got into the game, perhaps we should swap him & Wiemann around
