  1. How ironic that a fan base who’ve spent years and years gleefully telling us that we’re going to go bust any day now when Lansdown ‘pulls the plug’ are now shitting themselves about the financial state of their club..... ...again.
  2. Look at this post below, it’s hilarious...in particular the last sentence “we didn’t set the expectations here, Wael did”. Presumably by ‘we’ he/she means the fans. The very same fans who were spanking the monkey all over Social Media when the Al Qadis arrived. They (the fans) were making ridiculous claims about being the 6th richest club in the country, on par with Chelsea and Man Utd, Bigger, richer club than City could ever be. Whilst Al Qadi was talking about evolution, Gasheads were busy writing cheques Wally couldn’t cash. So it is your fault Gasheads, shouldn’t have so massively cocky, should you?
  3. Ashton is a dump? What a cock. Used to be a bit run down, in the 80s and early 90s when his shit team used actually visit every year but in the last 2 decades it’s become a very desirable area for house buyers. In reality, you can bet your life that the Saghead who wrote that would LOVE to have a genuinely wealthy owner ‘wasting’ his money on the Gas, building a fantastic stadium like AG that gets complimented by every set of visiting fans. Showing off a new 10k seater stand instead of a tiny, ridiculous tent like structure. They deserve owners like the Al Qadis the same as they deserved to sleep walk into Non League. Even if they they ended up back there you’d still get their d1ck heads saying “I’d rather we did it this way and not the way Lansdown has done it”.
  4. Were you told this incredible inside information whilst getting your computer fixed in a Westbury shop by any chance?
  5. Bert Tann is the best example of this in my opinion. One of my favourite posters on OTIB. Gasheads often claim that they don’t take themselves too seriously and that we are the arrogant ones, then someone like Bert comes up with some intelligent, self deprecating humour on here and they accuse him of being a ‘shithead’.
  6. The novelty of visiting Ewood Park is the reason they’re taking 1000...and in that respect, once again, they are no better than anyone else. How was our away form (or just form in general) when we took 2500 to Villa Park on a Tuesday night earlier this year? Same with our trip to Newcastle. Yet I think we only took about 800 to Derby (*edit 889) around the same time...a ground we have played at quite a few times. Give them an away trip to a ground they often visit and all of a sudden their ‘amazing’ travelling support can’t be arsed. Exhibit A:
  7. They don’t say ‘FTG’, whenever anything from their forum is quoted on here the OTIB autocorrect changes the U for an F. This does mean that it appears that Sagheads sign off their deluded ramblings with a ‘FTG’.....however that’s just for the benefit of OTIB, in reality it would’ve been a U, not an F.
  8. Yes, that’s right...it’s got nothing to do with the fact they play in a tented Village in front of less than 9000 fans every other week. It’s all the housing markets fault God knows how we manage to get players to sign for us. Look at the rise in house prices around Ashton and Southville over the last few years. **** me! Maybe Wally and co should offer potential new players a decent wage? Amateurs.
  9. Hopefully their hypocrite fans will be just as scathing about their own players ‘cheating’ as they were about Bailey Wright a few weeks ago. I doubt it of course, it’ll be someone else to blame.
  10. Yeah, ‘happy days’....d1ck. Dopey: “let’s put it this way, they would crumble...they crumbled today in their performance so they’d crumble even more if I was to tear a strip off them”
  11. But like Cotts was and they slagged him off something rotten for it. Dog boy does the same thing and the hypocrites blame the questions he’s asked as well as the people asking them.
  12. Booed off? Left early? Surely not, I thought they were massively loyal super fans... Under 9k again today, tick tock
  13. Faithful and true, never turn on their own manager.
  14. Woman in Dating Agency: "Edward Hitler?...any relation?" Eddie: "Well, I've got a mother" Woman in Dating Agency: "No....Adolf?" Eddie: "YES, that's her...." I found it funny anyway.
  15. By all accounts it was sung late in the game when home fans were leaving the ground whilst their team were losing. ”Is there a fire drill” is often sung at other grounds in the same situation. It’s possible that some of their fans are just thick and, maybe like the ‘Auschwitz Gas’ fella, don’t have the brain capacity to think about their surroundings when doing this stuff. If I remember correctly, the chant at Bradford was heavily criticised on their forum.
  16. If that’s the same photo that was posted on here a few years ago, it was put on Facebook with the tagline ‘Auschwitz Gas’. Not the cleverest choice of words.
  17. “The flag actually belongs to a Bristol Rovers fan who is not a regular at our club” Yeah, and if he’s like every other Gashead he probably isn’t a regular at his own club either.
  18. Idiots. God knows what the Gloucester City fans think of them turning up with that?
  19. UWE is a great location for a modern stadium, good road links, Parkway close by, Englands 7th (?) biggest City on its doorstep along with a shit load of students. For those reasons I cannot believe that it won’t get built, either by the Al Qs or new owners who can see the ££ signs. It’s been hilarious watching the meltdown but I don’t think it’ll last. As for their crowds, they will obviously increase, definitely in the short term. Not only Gasheads ‘loyal and true’ who it appears will only show up if there’s a nice comfy seat to sit on but also away support. Even out of town, soulless bowls have a novelty factor for supporters of opposition clubs who want to see a new ground. Just like their predictions a few years ago of full houses every week if they were ever to reach League 1 and selling out away allocations for every game in the 3rd tier, guaranteed 15k-20k averages every year in a new stadium is load of bollocks. If they do well in the UWE their plastics will hang about and keep crowds at the 15k Mark (or higher depending on how well they do)...stagnate in L1 and they’ll soon be back to 8k home fans once the novelty wears off. We’re the same, just with a few thousand more ‘die-hards’. If they rebuild the Mem I’ll eat my own head, it’s a complete non starter.
