Yes, in a world increasingly dominated by vacuous and inane social media 'banter', it's great to read such a splendid tale written so eloquently by a fellow fan. As I take my seat at the Gate today, I might reflect on these two fellows' little adventure and remind myself that the planet doesn't actually revolve around BS3, even on a Saturday afternoon. Though hopefully come 5pm I'll feel it was the right decision to go to the game, rather than freezing my tits off in the middle of the ocean (which was never really an option for me anyway, to be honest).
