Jevons was only here for one full season (2006/07), in which he scored 17 goals. He was gone by November 2007. Did a job for us in League One. Definitely better than crap.

Not quite. He won his first game in charge. The point here, that many are missing, is that our owners have implied that the new manager won’t need time or new players as we have a squad already capable of challenging for promotion. They just didn’t believe our previous head coach was getting enough out of them.

It’s like chalk and cheese. How anyone could find this refreshing after Mr Pearson is baffling.

You would expect a lot better wouldn’t you, even after 3 or 4 days…if Mr Pearson’s football was as bad as you suggest.

Busy couple of weeks for Liam and his team. Can’t imagine that’s the sort of football he’s expecting us to play. Didn’t see anything done better than what we’ve done previously.
