Have I missed something?

Whilst Scott would undoubtedly prefer a position further forward and central, I think this experience will be a very productive learning process for him. His defensive nous and tactical understanding will be much improved.
You’re right it’s important. But a player like him I want to see in an attacking position eventually

Pearson said he played well. Good enough for me.

Awful.
There seems to be a lot of clubs supporting this which is great.
Hate to be a pedant but can we assume this will be the 7th minute i.e. starts at 6 minutes?

A 3 o’clock kick off would have been much better, that extra 5 hours of drinking time was an accident waiting to happen.
That’s on people who can’t handle their drink. Naive of me to think that people can control themselves perhaps but other fans seem capable, generally.

Forgot about this. Great to hear songs from it at the o2 academy the other night.

I agree wholeheartedly with the report. I just hope the punishment is severe.

Was it Holdens fault last season ?
We didn’t play Sheffield United last season.
Ultimately it was Holden’s fault but I’m talking about an individual game whereas you aren’t.

We were never going to have much of the ball today but our decision making was so poor when we did have it. Can’t think of many occasions where we made more than 5 successful passes in a row.
Yet all I see is people blaming Nigel

Those who gloat following a loss are not any type of fan.
Clearly, I'm not welcome to state my opinion.
You’re a clown. In my opinion.

We get outplayed every game though. Can’t keep saying ‘on to the next one’.
You can cry about it if you want

You are right, of course ,although we’ve seen these moments often with the player.I don’t wish him any harm.
You would think that with all Baker’s experience he would have learned to avoid these types of injury.
He is too often injured and going off before the match is finished. He is no good to himself or the club if he is consistently unavailable .
You can get in the bin too

If I could bet on Baker spending more time in the treatment room than the pitch throughout any season.....I would be a rich man? Seriously what is the point of Baker? If he hardly ever plays?

Yer Da has a go at Baker when he’s clearly seriously injured.
Scummy.

Baker mistaking bravery for stupidity again - you could see him launching himself blind into an injury as it happened.

I think it was a matter of somebody had to go, not sure there was a long queue for Palmer, certainly Swansea wouldn’t want him. So Pato it was.
We signed Palmer and Szmodics in the same window, when we really didn’t need to.
That recklessness looks to have gone with Ashton / Johnson thankfully.

Paterson now has 8 goals in the league this season, that’s 6 fewer than Palmer has scored in his entire career.
But he’s a “one good game in 10” player, isn’t he?
Imagine signing Palmer and Szmodics and sending Paterson away
