Laugh can't even get that ditty right

not sure they can put the thought process into action

    Rovers lose 2-1

City win 3-2 after being 2 down with 20 minutes to go

Bet they’re all early leavers, Gas 1 up, City 2 down, so they went back to the pub!

That was against the gas in 1995.

The last postponement at Ashton Gate was on Boxing Day a couple of seasons age when we were due to play Peterborough.  They was a massive down pour prior to kick -off and the game was cancelled minutes before it was due to start.

I thought the most recently cancelled Boxing Day match was versus Watford?

Had the 'pleasure' of going to IKEA this morning so I suggested we take the route past the Rugby ground to see the sights. As we passed the dump on Filton Avenue my missus, completely unprompted, turned around to me and said 'it's a bit Sunday League isn't it. A bit amateurish'.  Proud proud moment.

Sorry, that is an insult to Sunday League teams :P

Only one team in Bristol has sold a striker for (potentially) £15m

Only one team in Bristol has won 14 consecutive league games - a jointly held record

Only one team in Bristol has won 99 points in a single season

Only one team in Bristol has ever had a home attendance over 40k

Only one team in Bristol has ever scored more than seven goals in a league game

Only one team in Bristol has a record 'transfer fee paid' that is almost TEN TIMES higher than the record 'transfer fee paid' by its rival

Hate to say it, but didn't Rovers score 8 at Brighton once?

    So aggressive.

Dont you think the matches would be massive? You in your shiny new stadium facing the minnows in the dump in the Championship? The biggest ever crowds at both stadiums as they are now?

Pathetic reply. Don't know why you're referring to 100 years, as there were plenty of big games in the 70's.

You sound rather bitter about our success, but then you would, wouldn't you?

As I say, 100% no bullshit, genuine offer.  Next 3 home games Rochdale, Port Vale, Fleetwood.  Drinks on me.  Deal?

I'm too old Danny why don't you try match.com ?

Rochdale, Port Vale, Fleetwood, you have come a long way in recent years!

Surely it's more appropriate you two meet at Ashton Gate, as OTIB is your common denominator?

For those of us who have seen this sort of thing over many moons, can I suggest we wait and see what the next week or so brings to the party?  For those youngsters and newbies who've never encountered  'City Suffering' just give the Samaritans a bell.

Lots and lots of hand wringing on here.  Is it really the end of the world????????  NO, it's all part of being a City fan.  Remember it's not a choice in most cases, it's a birth right. If you really think we're that carp, why not just f off to North Bristol and follow a tw4t side that's currently winning a few games if that's what you're after?  Jeeeez

Oh, for a Bobby Kellard or/and a Les Wilson again now!

  8. Do you know how to use quotation marks?

And yes, thanks for pointing out that I did indeed like it, it was a mistake of mine.

Go on then give me an "English" lesson as "you" "are" "so" "*******" "clever" "!"
