Ipswich have a lot of top league history - 26 seasons in the last 60 years, including winning it of course, plus FA Cup winners - and have produced some superb players over the years.

Not a fashionable club, but good solid support, and worthy of a place in the PL should they get there.

Whereas Luton are a tinpot club who would be best suited playing 2015 in L1.

Simply out of interest I always check the head to head record against every opposition and I swear we never win any

You would think that we would lead in head to head records against a club like Rotherham, wouldn't you ? but oh no !

We are certainly ahead though in our head to heads with 2015 ! 😉👍

Celebrities who are really only just sons and daughters of famous people.

Celebrities per se, anything that can be called reality TV,

    TV in general,

and still people in Gregg's asking can I get?

You've probably guessed, I am old

For me, Zoe Ball heads that list.

Her Dad was absolutely brilliant on kids TV; his programs were very educational. She is just a talentless bint, awful on TV and awful on the radio.

    IMO

When City signed Evander Sno I thought it was an amazing coup as he had been superb for Ajax against City in a friendly a couple of months before. He was better than the others mentioned in this thread but was a big disappointment. A bit like JET - on his day a world beater, on other days a panel beater

We never got the best out of him because GJ kept playing him on the wing. The guy was an attacking midfielder; and if played there regularly would have been a success IMO.

IIRC correctly; LJ was getting game time in midfield, and meant others playing out of position 🙄

It's easy to look back on promotion seasons as some of our best, but we were in League One then where promotion is a lot easier to achieve than in the Championship. Now we lose more games but we're playing at a higher level, which is really an improvement.

True; but how is it that a shitty little club like Luton can come up from L1, spend just two seasons in the Champ, and then get promoted to the PL ?

So, will the hordes of travelling Trotters be impressed by their accommodation tomorrow. A step up from what they`re used to I`ll be bound.

The concourse in particular will have them green with envy I expect.

Weren’t they the fans who labelled that dump “Chernobyl” ? 😂

It just helps the enjoyment of watching the Premier League if you have at least a favourite team in it that you like to see do well, I like Spurs but if it came to them playing City then it would be no contest, it's not a crime to be a fan of another club even if the intensity you feel for them compared to  City is not quite there.

    Agree with this.

More so PL teams that you don’t like !

Seeing Man U & Bournemouth lose; both of whom I despise, cheers me up, especially if City have lost.
