Whatever happens (and I’m loving what I’m seeing atm) this transfer window will make or break it for me, difference between bottom to mid v mid to top half.

I said it when Manning joined and I am still strong on this view.
It's not altogether fair on Manning, but how will he quell discontent and wondering and by extension to so for the board?
Win matches.
1 win in 6, 5 pts from 6, some or the selections won't do any of this- quite the reverse if anything.
Agreed, I just see this as a distraction to be honest and surprised at the timing of it. Just stokes up the pressure even more for Saturday - like many i'm desperate for things to turn around as I feel LM has taken a massive risk taking us on at this time.

Kinda feels like we need to get a grip and move on however ugly it might get

My issue is the confirmation bias in all your posts - why not just give him a chance?
I think it’s far too early to say it ‘hasn’t worked out’. The decision to remove Pearson and then target a manager so different in approach is on Tinnion and Lansdown.
If we did end up in the farcical situation you’ve endorsed whereby Manning ends up at Swansea somehow - the club would look even more rudderless. Our pool of potential managers would shrink even more.
Unfortunately, regardless what any of us think of the wisdom behind the situation, Manning is here now.
Totally agree like it or not I don’t see a change happening with the Manager unless we’re relegated and even then not nailed on. Have to back them

Got a real bad feeling about all this
Defo relegation battle unless the owners spunk some decent funds in
This issue now though is when we’re sat in the bottom three come January who in thier right mind would join this mad house ! prepare to be underwhelmed again I suspect.
This is the way

So much better with Cornick. Physical and plays the right pass
Surely he and Tommy would make a decent front two ?

Momentum lost again due to bizarre changes - mental

Not ready at this level to deliver consistently, he and Tommy should be fighting for a start against senior squad members. Not enough quality and depth in these positions exposing us and them.
100% has to be addressed next month !

The main answer is that our striking options aren’t good enough in the final third against the top 6 in this division, they have quality for sure but we need little more physicality and expierence up top which they can run off and support.
Q. Do we need a new striker
A. **** yeah we do JL

Would be disappointed if we don’t bring in a better option in that position January but does show what’s needed.

There's enough of us who feel the same as you.
Agreed don’t like how it’s happened but the timing feels right to me

What does this mean though it terms of recovery, looks months away if weight bearing is an issue.
-
What excites me about this is that he obviously sees plenty of potential in this squad to make what is a pretty high risk move for him, ballsy decision when he's plane sailing at Oxford presently. Get's my vote that

In an ideal world, we'd have had an interview Yorkshire TV style.
Clough v Revie
In our case Pearson v Lansdown
Followed by an episode of 'Indoor League'

So reserve judgement until you hear the entire interview, then play the full bloody interview

Really would rather they said nothing tbh, every word just makes it worse

Have to give some credit to the ‘system’ and ‘regime’ when we exited tournaments like 2010 etc the cry was for change
I think we have that
