I’ve not wanted a club to fail so badly since Rovers went out the football league

Football (imo) is still not really a business outside the top flight, a sustainable one anyway, If the EFL clubs were a joint business, how much money do they lose every single year? The model doesn’t work

It’s the most unfair division probably in world football - how are clubs like City to compete without taking a risk?

I’ve always suspected Simpson and King especially were men he trusted and would have been his ears in the dressing room, sussed the culture and informed NP of the real problems he had on his hands.

We have to change our recruitment- the realistic posistion is we will have to sell all 3 of those players, however, we need to have identified and recruited the replacement before they have gone, that’s where we have failed so miserably over the last 5 years. We’re a selling club but as far as i can see we have not replaced players adequately over the last few seasons.

Does anyone know if sponsoring a shirt outside of the Prem adds to revenue for a company? I’m sure it must otherwise companies wouldn’t do it.

Just by those pictures alone you can see how were shipping goals for fun pic 2 - 4 on 3 whilst we have 4 players advanced of that not affecting the game at all

As a manager i never accepted that it was my job to motivate anyone to work. You sell your time to an employer, motivate yourself to earn your wages. If you can’t do that then cheerio

I still have no issue with his comments, he’s a low earner who will command a low fee or a free transfer, hopefully it sent a message to some of the others and was a relatively risk free message

It may well be - but its just another example of people messing about with the game I don’t think 99% of the handballs I’ve seen given are ‘deliberate’ Its either a handball or it’s not - if that goes in from the lob then the goal is disallowed so the rule is ridiculous

How can anyone come to a conclusion that that was not a handball - i don’t care who goes through but that’s a shocker
