Precisely- Everyone now seems to think that Lowe is the answer to all our problems, yes he’s a decent up and coming manager and I’d have no issue with him here but ultimately some of these players have gone through Johnson, Holden and probably Pearson. So in another 6 months the knives will be out for whoever else we bring in as the players are spineless and not bloody good enough.

So what does motivation look like to you? What should NP be doing on the sidelines to ‘motivate’

I think the players were left in absolutely no doubt what the fans think of them and their performance today, I’ve not seen an away crowd turn on them like that for a long long time. I got the impression from being there that more people were putting the blame firmly at their door rather than that of the Manager.

And what if we’re in the same posistion in another 6 months? sack him too?

So how does a coach ‘motivate’ his players? What does that look like? There has to be some self accountability and an attempt to motivate yourself to earn your wages and these players are not doing it.

Come on they have to take some responsibility for their 20k a week salary’s This team is the most gutless bunch of pussies I’ve had the misfortune of watching

And this is exactly why im So harsh on SL - he’s the one who’s seen us swing from one strategy to another without any clear style or future planning. It’s also why NP has a free hit this season with me, this squad is a mess and will take a while to sort.

Think he will have some value but certainly massively overrated- Christ, some even thought Southgate would be looking at him ???

Why by xmas? We won’t have been able to bring anyone in by then, maybe by xmas 2022 we will have a better idea
