I like rugby but not as big a fan as some of you lot I have to admit i really struggle to take it seriously when the team finishing top of the table don’t get crowned as champions

Yeah first one is 1.2m swim, 56m ride and half marathon and the second is double those distances

Fried onions, mushrooms and peppers with lamb shish, chicken shish , kofte and lamb and chicken donor!! Wouldn’t have it sober i doubt but it was a good snack

I tried a meat tray from abbotswood kebab house in yate, it was enough for about 4 people but a proper post drink feed

I got cotswolds 113 which is a half iron distance on June 6th and that will lead me nicely in to outlaw at the end of July which is the full Ironman distance

Managed to pull it back with a couple of places in the plate and hit the winner and a place in the last - saved the day

Hahaha not much ?? I’ve had an ok day, currently evens overall but it could have been so much better!! One day i will land a cheltenham Acca!! Tomorrow is looking tough, going to spread the budget over a few more horses i think..

It’s already helped, i was looking for a ride if did around the 410 cycle route, took a few seconds now as i knew roughly the mileage etc

Nerdy Strava data news: you can now do a search on your old rides in the app Go to activities and then magnifying glass on top right and there are now some search functions

@Harry @terpin Good trip that - wish we could have done it again!! I’ve also been struggling with this calf issue which won’t shift Cycling only for me at the moment ps. You managed to sort that cap out yet ??
