  1. On that subject, he does appear to have the mindset like some fans in blue 'the other side'.....is that just me? Gaschat would love him
  2. Little does he realise I have 20 twitter accounts to access his nonsense content. He's like Bristol Rovers...he keeps giving....
  3. Most, if not all, that listen to him on the pod, would probably 'previously' acknowledge that 25% of his input is valuable. He's lost the plot and even my son and nephew have commented recently, that his views are uncredible and he's actually embarrassing himself on a weekly basis. Poor lad.
  4. After I advised him, I would be unfollowing him, he then blocked me from reading his account - oh the important one
  5. Ian Gay is quite a sad individual. I was actually concerned for his health after reading comments earlier in this thread. As soon as I was made aware that his health was fine, I commented on X, for him to 'stop making excuses' for manning. He replied 'stop following me'...OMG, the bloke is a child with an old face
  6. Holding secret talks with Steve Cooper if you were JL and BT?
  7. 6 points off the bottom 3 is SCARY
  8. I hope he is OK if there is anything in this Fevs.
  9. Why not tonight Dave?
  10. 20 games, 23 points = 1.15PPG
  11. Imo.. TC is young, raw, talented, unpredictable, unproven and still a long way away from being the 1st name on the teamsheet at Champ, let alone Prem level. He can clearly leave in the summer and most likely get a much better deal than we can offer him. Good luck to him but I hope he remains level headed during the journey.
  12. Tins will let certain players leave permanently and will get things wrong like we all do. He absolutely creamed over Vince Harper about 4 years back when on loan at Gloucester City. I remember chatting to him about it. Vince got released, ended up at Chippenham, then Eastleigh? And thankfully for him he's now at Exeter. Good for him. Must be so hard for these lads not knowing about their future but that's the industry isn't it.
  13. I was at Twerton tonight reporting on the game. Yeboah took his goal well. He played OK and looked physically strong enough to handle it. The lad is 17. I think it is a great loan for him personally. Tins was there and even Macca from Rovers made an appearance....
  14. 9 points in 10 games. Wake up fella.

It's pretty simple really... Tins has legendary status... But the current structure of the club is 2bit. Tins will be the bloke to lose his job (again) when it goes wrong or wronger if that's a word.
  16. Weren't we 4 points off the play offs when Manning took over? Don't quote me on that. We are now 11.
  17. 11 months on he lands a championship job....
  18. Let's hope that the start of MK Dons 22/23 season is not replicated for us in 24/25 Quote: 'Following an awful start to the season that found his side in the relegation zone, Manning was sacked on 11 December 2022 having accumulated just fifteen points from twenty matches, six points from safety and only off the bottom on goal difference'
  19. Loving the stats... Liam won't be under any pressure with regards to losing his job in the short term. He will be given funds in the summer (not massive money) to add 5/6 players. If we are averaging 1.27PPG in December 2024, then that's a different conversation. Enjoy the ManningBall 2024/2025 journey. He's going nowhere. Get behind him and let's see what happens.
  20. In all fairness, Ian provides very good content 70% of the time but he doesn't like being told he's wrong or being biased. Unfortunately he is the only contributor on the pod who thinks 'he is always right' and he simply isn't always right. However, he's good for FBC but needs to turn it in on occasions. He let's himself down by being rude. A debate is a debate but he can overstep the mark. Dave has asked me to go on over the years but I wouldn't hold back so I just continue suggesting topics and ideas via the text stream. Keep up the good work @headhunter
  21. No personal attack should be aimed at Ian but there is nothing wrong with disagreeing with his views. That's why we love football so much. Game of opinions On the Subs Bench mate
  22. Its worth listening to parts of the following podcast (7th November 2021) after the 3-2 away defeat to Coventry (from 24 minutes). Les and Ian say sack Pearson and Fleming in that episode, but Ian also mentions we had 8 players out injured, on top of us trying to ship out expensive earners and trimming the squad... The funniest comment is play Cundy. That worked out didn't it.... https://www.podbean.com/ea/dir-5qvgi-1cfdc1c2 In summary, we all want Liam Manning to be successful but he is NO GOD Mr Gay (yet).
