I've supported City since 1972 and in all that time to the present day I've never, ever met any sag fan who was more interested in their result/standing than in what City were doing and I've known probably hundreds in that time.

They are the most deluded, brain-dead, f***-wits that have ever lived.

They will propagate lies about their away attendance, their 'family' club history, their 'true fan' status at any and every opportunity. Despite being able to prove their lies wrong they won't accept it. They are living in a goldfish bowl of their own making. One circuit of the bowl gives them a new memory of how things really are.

I really, really, really, really, really hope they go bust and out of existence. I cannot stand any one of their so called 'supporters' and that includes the myopic, brain dead ones that post in this thread.

There are no words that really convey the utmost contempt that I have for all of them.

Couldn’t have put it better myself....

To be fair how many injuries do we have, how many games have we played, it was always going to happen sooner or later.
It's a bad result but for me it shows whilst we have a hard working squad we still lack real depth and that's what we need. Same thing happened with GJ in charge, we needed to bring players in during the January period, we didn't and we ultimately didn't go up, I hope LJ has different plans but based on his talk about not signing players I can see it being very difficult for this small squad to keep up it's results.

Did he honestly say he won’t be strengthening?

I'm completely and utterly staggered and angered by that complete tool and his flag, one of the most shocking and appalling atrocities and injustices ever inflicted upon humankind. He should be publicly shamed.

When visiting here some years back, just outside of Trieste, nothing but silence for the hour or so looking round and then nothing said for an hour outside as the impact of what we'd just seen hit home, and to this day i remember it vividly, glasses and human hair, unimaginable suffering and pain.

    Truly harrowing experience...!!

I couldn't believe my eyes at the end of the tour when entering one of the dormitories the walls were covered in graffiti in the form of people's names.. Some human beings are truly ****** up at times, why would you do this!!

Another sad day for football in fairness.. fans aren't aloud to jump around in celebration.. !!

when I was 9 in the Eastend back in the day I would get separated from my Dad when we scored... I'm still here, part of the experience!!

What a sad and boring world we now live in!!!

Surely they could use the gate if they were willing to pay a fair amount to use it (not that they would).  But if they did, my only worry would be that they would try to steal it and set up their caravans in the car park.

    No.

The 'Crazy Gang' comment puts everything else on this thread in the shade.

That is beyond funny, it's almost as if their own board is using them as part of some huge Orwellian psychological test.

Definitely deserves a thread name change in honour haha

A voice of reason (Kingswood Polak) and then comes the put downs (Icegas and Harvey Specter);  http://gaschat.co.uk/thread/10152/bigger-club-bristol-city?page=5 a thread about will they ever be bigger than City.

Regardless of who bankrolled, their infrastructure is a country mile ahead of ours. Their academy is already producing and their PR and media are so far ahead it would take us a number of years to just equal that. I've been going since 68 and, the 1982 debacle apart, they have always had bigger support and the sale of ST's alone puts us way in their looming shadow
    Just the facts mam

    Sorry,that's complete crap.
I would happily stay in the shadow if it meant we didn't lose our identity and become a plastic club with a plastic fanbase and ownership as they have.

Arguing with Rovers fans is like.......

Was banned about 10 posts later in the thread. No explanation other than 'banned'.

Rovers fans come on here all the time.

No City fan is allowed on there at all. Even if they were 'in peace'.

Disappointing that they can't be as open and broadminded as us here.

So if you are reading Hugo The Elder, perhaps consider the olive branch as we do here. It can work both ways. It's called respect.

Their so bloody Jealous of us and won't dare debate with any City fans respectful or not..  Really sad state of affairs tbh.. There are a few sensible posters on their forum but whenever they start talking sense they get shot down in flames... Very weird place!!!

  9. :clapping:.... This has just made my evening....

Their off there rockers mind hahahahaaaaaa

Straight from the gas forum from ICEGAS.... Deluded fool!!

"See I think some of our fans underplay our long term potential and are so used to losing our best players over the years that they are willing to just accept he will go.

We are from one of the biggest cities in the UK.There is not premiership club near us for 80 odd miles, and our nearest club to us are nothing of any real note( dispite what they may think they are.)

As a club we have long term premiership potential that could rivial, if not better Norwich's support one day. We are one of the fastest growing clubs outside the premiership right now - training ground being built, stadium hopefully on its way, great new owners...etc...

DC has brought himself job security here for the next 3,4 years and will be able to mould this club in his vision which he would not get at any other club.

For me, being a patient and loyal person, the Sheff Weds match will be the clincher, lose that game and I'm afraid my patience and loyalty will be spent. Sad to say as I was really hopeful LJ would be right for the long term, but I feel that he has come up short!

Why don't we just keep giving him 1 more game ffs... can't you see he's clueless, we  look clueless... how has he turned a very talented side into this blithering mess???
