Some of you City fans need to get real and hearing your manager as well saying it wasn't a sending off then he is a total idiot since when has head butting a players not a sending off offence.

We had to make changes as our two best players were out ok you had your player sent off and first half we didn't take advantage of the situation but second half you hardly got out your half and we hit the bar twice and 19 shots at goal look at the stats you had one shot all game from a team that you lot were supposedly going to spank us 3 or 4-0.

We are far better in possession of the ball than you are and your mistake was to try and rough our young players up from the start which must have come from your manager so he has to take some of the blame.

Get your rose tinted glasses off the best team won and really it should have been by two or three goals not just the one and it would have been an injustice if you had got something from the game.

We know we are the best footballing side in the league and with our two best players back we will be even better at your place.

We fear no one and you played a proper football team today and lost accept the defeat I said yesterday you have to lose sometime there is no way you were going to go the season without losing games as every team will lose games.

All the supposed best team we have beaten Sheff utd - Preston now you lot.

As for Aden Flint he was well out of order at the end of the game and he needs to remember who gave him his chance in league football.

It was always going to be the game after we set the new record..........its almost a psychological relaxing.   If we should happen to lose today..........then we will go on another 14 game unbeaten run, we were always going to have the odd loss......  but at this rate an average of one loss every 15 games aint too bad

You know, can't help myself but I feel sorry for the bloke. You have to be pretty unlucky to make so many disasterous decisions over such a short period of time. Appears to have slightly more money than me , so that probably compensates a little but when it comes to football he's a talentless embarrassment. Nothing he does makes sense, no continuity in his approach. Damage limitation, rarely the cheap option but always looking for value. Ambition up to a point. 

Maybe with all his money he should headhunt someone who knows how to appoint a football manager........and insist that they ignore any suggestion or input that he (Landsdown that is) may propose?

Bristol............7th Largest city in UK..............the Hub of Football Excellence.  By April will have 2 sides in the 3rd Divison.  Its beyond embarrassing (what is beyond embarrassing?)

Just what I feared, its early days, and I really hope to be proved 100% wrong.......but Cotterill talks a good game, and likes to blather on, but he really is not the long term solution, and is the wrong manager to have been given a long term contract..........feel free to shoot me down

Going back a bit.......1988 I think.........League Cup Q/F  took 2,500 of which i was one........won 1-0  goalscorer could have been Alan Walsh, then went back to my overnight guesthouse for two or a few ....and heard we had Notts Forest in the semis next morning.........good times
