I love the quote that we have managed to cement 17th place..........as if it is some kind of great achievement? I echo your sentiments about....here's to next season, but we have a long way to go. Here's to Pearson and his efforts in the close season to create a side with identity, commitment and consistency?

So all those happy clappers who creamed themselves after we beat Hull last week.........may now see just how far we need to improve to get anywhere near the top six? Pearsons transactions during the summer are absolutely vital if we are to make any kind of progress in Season 2022/23? ...........i back him fully, but it is imperative that we start next season on the front foot, or come December, he might be looking forward to his retirement?

I guess it's just the difference between me being a realist and you being a dreamer? I would not have moaned if we had lost, I probably would have said nothing at all, I think it's great that we beat Hull 5-0, but I look at the bigger picture, and for me, my pluses are Antoine, Scott and an exceptional season by Weimann.........but my minuses are .... ..........after going to most of our away matches this season, at great expense, when u mention the word embarassing, I have seen some truly abject, embarassing performances, which are not suddenly forgotten, just because we beat a very average team 5-0 when it no longer mattered.

It means nothing after 45 games, except, possibly, that at last Pearson is getting his act together. I will wait until Late July until I decide if I am pleased. What's that cliche? Giddy!..Ha!!.....The next 3 months are massive, who comes , who goes, and who stays? I am not so naive as to think that beating a side, admittedly clinically, that are already on the beach, is cause to believe all is hunky-dory at Pearsonville? So if you are swelling with optimism after seeing us beat a extremely average Hull team, then good luck to you and your fantasies, I prefer to live in the real world.

Wow we beat Hull 5-0..... With the greatest respect....we only achieved momentum once the season was almost over, the time to find momentum is around January, and not when there are 6 games left, and it no longer matters? I admire your optimism, but until i see what Pearson does in the transfer market, and who stays and who is sold..........i am definitely waiting before i buy my season ticket
