    Ronaldo clearly leaning so far back last night that he fell over without any help. It's Ronaldo, give him a penalty!

    I am sure Norwich would have been given that penalty had it been at Old Trafford  NOT

    The boys have got to break tomorrow down into phases.

    Phase 1: Get back in again for a few overs., just stay in.

    Phase 2: Score till the new ball, but stay in. Don't chase runs

    Phase 3: Just don't get out for 20 overs

    Phase 4: Hope Hazelwood can't bowl and Starc and Cummings are tired, score, but stay in.

    Phase 5: Stay in!

    Phase 6: Get out

    Phase 7: Hope the pitch has deteriorated massively and aim for those cracks baby

    Simple game this Test cricket

    Newcastle were the best team in the country at the time - it was just the league table that disagreed, placing them in 4th place that season. Behind Blackpool.

    Or did he mean the following season - when they finished 8th..?!

    Perhaps he meant the following season..... When they finished 16th.....

    Or the season after that - when they finished 15th...?!

    Sorry but the best team finish 1st not 4th

    Don't pay much attention to that league to be honest but im sure by Feb Celtic and Rangers will be 10 points adrift from 3rd spot. Spoke to couple of Jambos fans in work and they said Taylor Moore has been a good signing.

    10 points adrift from 3rd makes it sound like they will be in 4th or 5th place!!!

    Cant see that happening

    Mitrovic is like Pukki in so much awesome down here, utterly useless in the Prem.

    I don't know if it's the respective sides setting up differently but both look like a fish out of water when they've been promoted in recent times.

    If you stuck them in teams who finish top half of prem then they would score goals

    They've done exactly what they did when England were there earlier in the winter. Didn't win the first Test so they ensure there'll be no repeat by preparing dustbowls that last 3 days for the rest of the series.

    The joy of being at home for a test series

    India = dust bowls

    Aussies = Hard and Fast

    Englang/Nz = Green

    Any home team should get a pitch that helps them most

    He was excellent on Saturday.

    IMO he is more of a character who responds with an "arm round the shoulder" rather than a "sergeant major" approach.

    Imo those type of players are the ones who hide when the going gets tough
