Completely agree and many of the similar posts on this thread. Just enough now FFS. Apart from the overall frustration of over 5 years of under achievement he’s keeping one of the young players out of the team. I hope he’s sold in January or at the very least shown the door when his contract ends in September next year.

City legend vs City knave. Or simply Ipswich vs Shrewsbury. With no City today this is where my attention is drawn like I am sure some of you. Really hope Cotts gets a win on the road here and gets to wipe Ashton’s face it in the process. It’s going to be a tough ask given their form but Ipswich haven’t been great this season as we know. Let’s hope there is no Ashton pitch side celebrating come 5pm! ? Also note that LJ comes up against Matty Taylor this afternoon!

Cole and Dziekanowski were the reason I fell in love with City. Still to this day two of our best ever players. Sure they won nothing, weren’t part of successful teams or anything; but the football they could produce was just incredible.

Out of likes here but was about to post something similar. Since 2011 (the year from which the Tweet refers to) they’ve had 5 seasons in the Championship and 6 in the Premier League. Whilst the managerial changes from the outside looks crazy, for a club of their size (arguably similar to us) that is very successful.

Out of likes but I’ve heard of that sort of level Fevs. I’m sure your data would prove the total cost of having him on the books to date. When you take that into account over the 5 years he’s been here, it’s quite incredible (for me personally at least) that for some a reasonable performance for 45 minutes against Peterborough (and history would suggest we’re unlikely to get much more this season) has redeeming qualities. He’s had more than enough time and more than enough chances to fulfil any sort of potential or promise. Apart from all that for me there are just better midfielders in the squad now, who actually have taken their chance and started to fulfil their potential, who should always start ahead of him when fit. Perhaps that’s the only reason he’s in the team right now therefore; once everyone is fit again it’ll be interesting to see what happens.
