  1. I noticed we were last on for the Rotherham game, and we normally are at the ass end of the highlights, and only a few seconds long

Regarding the kick off times of the five championship games

Sky have stated that the full live will be announced up to January 2025

So if all five games are put on at 12:30pm up against BT/TNT prem game

There will be no need to adjust fixtures

If the five games are spread over fri/sat/sun/mon OTHER fixtures MIGHT have to be re-arranged

The reason I stated about the ITV/AGM on thursday is the fact that in my opinion ITV would only have friday and saturday games to show highlights

OR they will have a second highlights show on Monday/Tuesday.

So I will ask the question about HIGHLIGHTS coverage to see what the situation might become.

On the first weekend of the season 2024/25 we will be away due the balloon fiesta taking place

I think on that weekend only, it WILL be fri/sat/sun/mon as there are no prem games

  2. Sheffield Wednesday(LOSE) at Sunderland

    Plymouth(WIN) home to Hull

    Birmingham(WIN) home to Norwich

Then it won't be so far to travel next season(23/24)

See all you hoards at Stoke next Saturday and don't forget for those using the trains

Stoke City ground can be seen on the right hand side in direction of travel above the embankment by the green footbridge if the train ain't going to fast.

Suggest reserving a seat/s as all the trains heading north start their journeys at Plymouth

As the train/s will be pack make sure you stock up with yer bottles of pop, chocky bars, sandwiches and liquid refreshments before you board the train.

Could  we really win their for the sixth time in a row? we must be their bogey side,so lets hope it continues

For all you hords that are using the train from BTM or Bristol Parkway have the tickets issued from Parson Street

  3. I think football is still adjusting to the effects of Covid, but its this coming season that does concern me.

With five of the Saturday 3pm Championship games being moved for live television coverage

I can see less season tickets and match day ticket sales be purchased.

I still think that the five live planned games will all be kicking off at 12:30pm on saturday

I might find out a little more when I attend the ITV AGM meeting this coming Thursday

if your starting your journey from BTM or Bristol Parkway

Stokes ground can be seen on the right hand side above the embankment on the approach to Stoke

  5. NP did a Q and A at senior reds, two of the questions asked were,

    1) When asked about corners being taken, what does, one left arm up,one right arm up,or two arms up,mean? ITS FOR THE FANS was the reply.

2)Asked about playing out from back and it not being popular with fans,he said neither was he,as players in the EFL are not clever enough.

Could you ask him if he has he changed his thoughts on his comments at Senior reds?

  6. Can't go to Sky meetings any more as they hold their AGM's in the USA

ITV will hold their AGM on Thursday 2nd May,so I will be attending.

We all know about how Sky will broadcast EFL games, but no mention  of free to air highlights,if there are going to be any, so I'll be asking if ITV will have the highlights package

If Sky are going to announce all televised games up to January 2025,I think Sky will show all five live Championship games on at 12:30pm on Saturdays

to go up against BT/TNT's prem game

red button for home consumers, one match only if your watching in a pub if your watching EFL live games.

Although on the first weekend of the football season(when there are no prem games)I think that sky will show the five games over fri/sat/sun/mon

You did not reply to the posting about me knowing about the new EFL deal twelve months ago

regarding the items that secret Sam wants to give away I would be very interested in the paper cuttings

  8. and don't forget if your making the journey by car from the Bristol aerial, the best route is M4 to Newbury and then down the A34.

If you you leave early(if its a 3pm kick off) you can see the pride of the Royal Navy ships where they are based, including HMS Bristol.
