REPLY FROM LONDON TRANSPORT Thank you for your feedback form of 17 December about your enquiry concerning running the Elizabeth Line from Bristol to Stratford in January. Upon further investigation, regrettably, this is not possible for a number of reasons. For special services to be run it has to be commissioned by Network Rail and it would need significant funding, it could even require the football club to contribute toward special services. You could approach both Network Rail and the football club to gather interest and we may be able to take a further look into this in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused.

should John Busby be allowed to ref us today?
Never to the dark side posted a topic in Football Chat
I thought there was a time limit between refereeing the same team He reffed us in the 3-2 win over Middlesbrough on 25 November Maybe he wants to award us a few more penalty's? -
My honest opinion of Sky's attitude towards the EFL is we(Sky) would prefer to have the contract to have live Championship games than either BBC/ITV/C4 or C5 I think sky covering these games is an irritant to them If the planned kick offs are fri/sat/sun/mon That means that the three? game/s played on Sundays and Mondays would need another highlights show like MOTD2 I think ITV would want its highlights programme on as soon as possible,9pm Saturday night like now. A question for all of us,do you want the EFL highlights show all the way through,I am only interested in Bristol City Maybe ITV could go back to a regional West/Wales/South west regional highlights programme So,look forward to loads of 12:30pm kick offs next season,my concern is that season ticket sales for all clubs could fall. Although I don't attend the Sky AGM anymore ITV have there AGM in late April which I will be attending. So what would you request if you were at the ITV AGM

RMT have called UNDERGROUND strikes starting on Friday 5th January. This should not effect the main line trains heading into London Paddington It could/might effect the journey from Paddington to Stratford. Not sure how easy it is to get across London using the bus or maybe a taxi ride The london based boys would have a better idea Its a ten mile, one hour duration if you go across London by taxi not sure of the cost though As i have stated if your going by train, get them reservations in early Don't forget there is extended journeys times as the trains are being diverted via Westbury(Wilts) and newbury

A panel - introduced this season - is made up of five ex-players and coaches, as well as a representative from the EFL and refereeing body, the PGMOL. Saying officials get 85 per cent correct. Don't think they have attended any Bristol City games,as the "correct rate" would then fall below 50 per cent Me thinks its like marking your own homework

next season? It seems that Sky have heard fans don't like to travel to away games on Fri/sat/sun/mon evenings when its live on sky. Rumor has it, is that the FIVE weekend live championship games to be screened live by sky will all kick off at 12:30pm on the saturday BT/TNT have the midday slot on Saturday, so maybe putting up five championship up against one premier game might swing the viewing figures towards Sky I don't make no bones about my liking for 12:30pm kick offs. Okay you will set off in the dark, to make those long winter trips, but at least you have two hours of daylight on the journey home
