I don't even look at what game it says, as it works regardless.

People in shops wiring wireless headphones.
How does this affect anyone else negatively?

It seems compulsory that people do this in London railway stations.
I'm intrigued how one is supposed to have a conversation on their phone in any other way than "out loud"...

Rangers failed to get a penalty earlier when a Celtic player clearly punched the ball out of play in the penalty area. I don't understand VAR.

So to check - not just for outside the UK - anyone can buy?
Yep, available for UK and overseas viewers.

Great, I'm sold. See you all there later!

Birmingham have severe injury problems especially in defence yet their fans still expect to win, most thinking along the lines "If we can't beat Bristol at home then we're really in the s***", fans from other teams always look at us as an easy fixture regardless of how we're playing at the time.
They're usually right.

No ULEZ issue for me. I’ve used JustPark dozens of times over the last few years and it works really well. Pick a spot with good reviews and clear instructions.
Likewise, been using JustPark for years with no issues. As you say, as long as you pick one with good reviews then you can't go wrong. Got one booked for Friday, about five minutes from the ground for a little over £6, and I've booked it from midday so can turn up whenever. Can't go wrong with that.

Tommy Conway, 21, Bristol City
In recent years the production line at Ashton Gate has developed Lloyd Kelly, Antoine Semenyo and Alex Scott (all of whom are now in the Premier League with Bournemouth). Conway, who joined the club aged seven, enjoyed a breakthrough campaign last season, scoring 12 goals in all competitions, but his progress was perhaps overshadowed by the emergence of Scott, his old flatmate who departed in the summer. This season has been something a slow-burner but a smart double at Rotherham exhibited his nose for a goal. Conway qualifies to play for Scotland through his paternal grandfather and has represented the under-21s and trained with Steve Clarke’s senior squad. A nippy striker, the Taunton-born forward was loaned to Yate Town and Bath City as a teenager.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I couldn’t sit and watch Russell Martin’s Swansea - rather stick hot toffee apples in my eyeballs. His Southampton side are mildly more aesthetically pleasing, but mainly because they have a couple of individuals who break the boring patterns.
Amen. As I often bore @The turtle by telling him, I absolutely loathe Martinball. Passing for passings sake, with no apparent goal other than having more possession than the opposition.

I vividly remember, up until a few weeks before the end of the season where they plummeted our of the Football League, they were talking of a playoff push. Let's hope it works out equally well this year.

Before yesterday's game there was a few hundred left, and holding pretty steady, but as of right now there's only 38 left, so looks like we're heading for a sell out I guess yesterday's performance inspired a few to come along!
Really looking forward to it now.

Does anybody know how many tickets are left for pay on day please ? Don’t want to travel and not get in
I don't think they'd make it POTD if there was any possibility of selling out on the day.

Buses in Bristol on New Year's Day are running on a Sunday service. Whatever made you think otherwise.
If you live near Mem that's not a problem at all with several routes going down Gloucester Road from top of Muller Road.
I would assume it was the First Bus website explicitly stating that there are no buses other than the airport bus...

I've got absolutely no problem with players winding up fans - they get enough abuse so we shouldn't cry when they give it back.
That being said, if you do that and end up on the losing side, you do look a right tit.

Shops that say 'can I take an e-mail address?' instead of just giving you a receipt.
People who drive on day light running lights without realising they have no rear lights - specifically, the idiot in the Porsche Macan on the M5 going north on Sun eve.....
On that note, people who turn their fog lights on when you can easily see for 100s of metres, and blind everyone else in the process.

You don't think Sunderland are the biggest (or least one of) club in the league??? Sticking a laugh on that statement is a bit of a strange one
I would far rather have a home end full of people who want to be there including groups that can pay as they go, rather than have all the seats taken all season by people who turn up only very occasionally.
Not a strange one at all. They are categorically not the biggest team in the league.

Our home end against the biggest club in the league
Absolutely pathetic
The quicker they stop selling too cheap tickets in there the better
Biggest club in the league?
And complaining about season tickets being too cheap. Heard it all now.

Car rental abroad

Personally, in the Canaries I swear by Auto Reisen. By far the cheapest, all insurance is included, child car seats etc are free, they don't try to upsell you anything, and everything is done with minimum of fuss.
