  1. I was going to post this in its own thread but I think it sits qutie well here.

    I looked back at our possession stats for a number of previous games. On average the less possession we have the more likely we are to win the game. Also, teams that are higher up the table are likely to have more of the ball and we're more likely to play well against them. Its strange but this table seems to show that fact: In this sample range of our last 18 league games, we've never beaten a team when we've had 50 percent or more possession.

  2. Great play but frustrating around their box in the first half. Great play but more positive and much better quality in and around their box in the second half.

    We were running them so hard that by the last 10 minutes all they had left was to drag our lads over  

    Bloody great performance.

  3. Nice and tidy at the back. Looking great in the middle, especially on the counter but oh for the love of our Lord Adge Cutler we lack quality in and around the box. 

    Almost every pass before the final shot has been too far ahead or behind, hit too hard or too short. It's leaving too much to do.

    We've got to keep at it in the second half and not let up. 

    Apart from the frustration around the box it's great to watch though.
