May not be an exciting appointment but i'm not disappointed with it.
Looking forward to hearing what he has to say.
I'd guess at 'Great Opportunity' and maybe 'Sleeping Giant' and 'Exciting Project'

If a woman has been trained to coach in exactly the same way as a man (they do the same course), the application of their coaching should be no different whether they’re coaching male or female players, ie they’ve attained a level of coaching skill that should prepare them to coach either sex.
Thats the theory.
I know, never been accused of having child bearing hips, pregnant, maybe!!!
In that case just pick the cheapest person with a pro licence.

I thought he didn't have they right licences.

Head Coach to me says the new guy won't have any money to spend or at least won't have much say in players.

He's certainly getting a lot of praise on here and is rapid. I can't comment on his ability as he hardy touched the ball against Plymouth.

No such thing as loyalty these days on modern football.
I think that goes both ways. Why be loyal when as soon as someone better comes along you're out?

I did enjoy the basketball yesterday though!

Quick question. My friend is away and wanted to forward his season ticket on to me. Do I use the ios app to view it?

Just been on the Wrexham forum and there is a post saying Bristol City have caught a coach to away games last season.

That's what I'd honestly like to know? He gets a lot of ribbing from people on here, but is it actually JL coming up with the rebranding, or have they outsourced (or insourced it) to someone else?
I know these decisions ultimately comes from the top, but we're not hearing a dickie bird from them. Are they being misled by so-called "branding experts" who don't really get the passion and history of football clubs and the association that fans have with specific colours and badges?
So are you saying those at the top also don't get the passion and history?

Not on the Severn Beach line. I catch that train into work every day and it's £9 for a weekly ticket. The new P&R station is a godsend for me, I live 5 minutes walk away...dead 'andy.
That's if the conductor comes round and charges you at all.

And also, assuming PSG can really be beaten down, what plans do we have with the potential Alex Scott money?
Do you think it will cover Mbappe, and a new PA system in the ground?
I'd imagine he'd want more than £5000 a week

Perhaps he didn't realise how far Dover actually is.

It's amazing how unsympathetic some people can be and not just football.
My father in law in 2015 out of the blue got a brain tumour stage 4 and had 6 months tops, I started a new job in the middle of this and my manager was fully aware of the situation. When he died we knew it was imminent so I WFH for a few days so I could be there for my wife.
After he died (on the Monday that week) I called my manager an hour or so after after to say I wouldn't be in the rest of the week as my wife needed me, and I assumed I would get compassionate leave, and instead my manager was annoyed and she said to me that he's not close family so I will have to take the time as unpaid. I said I'll take it as sick instead, and she said you will need a sick note, I said i didn't as I can self certify for 7 days, and she hung up the phone on me without replying! This was a few hours after I was there when he died, after 6 months of watching him die. Terrible management and this was working for one of the biggest financial organisations in the Uk so it was no impact on her or the business!
You can go on a ton of management courses that teach you all the jargon but not one will ever teach you not a be a *****.
