  1. I used to get ridiculed in work at Flax being Welsh supporting Cityfans. Regardless that I supported City because my grandfather and most of my mums side of family being Bristolian. They used to say I should support a Welsh club.
I would have taken it, apart from they were Bristolian Tottenham fans.

Because just like a pro manager, they have their own thoughts and philosophies on how they’d play the game, or how they’d play the game with the players they have available to them.

Mr P isn’t gonna rock up at the HPC tomorrow and get the chance to implement his thoughts, but he can be as bullish as he wants about his thoughts on OTIB (or any other platform).  It’s kinda the point of OTIB, etc, isn’t it.  You carry on @Mr Popodopolous with your 433.  One day, one day! 😉

And sometimes football is so insular, it can miss the obvious, or it can get a fresh perspective on things from the outside world, it doesn’t have to be “if you’ve not played the game” Danny Murphy type bollocks.

To be honest, our current head-coach thinks it’s a good idea to play Mark Sykes at LWB, how does that ratify his skills? Slightly tongue in cheek, but a semblance of WTAF also.

When we played Cardiff Nige played Sykes LWB. I know we had player availability issues. But he still played him there.

There’s a big difference between 7th and 12th though in peoples summary of the season.  I said 6th with Scott and 10-11th without if I remember rightly.  He’s as big a loss as 4-5 places

He’s been injured a lot this year, so getting the 25 million last year turned out the better option. (Other than him signing an extension)

Just put it on.  First proper band I saw….Newport lates 80s

You done well to escape the Port alive  in the 80’s.
I had the pleasure of being born in that shit hole. Only saving grace it’s now a 5 star hotel. So I suppose I’m posh Welsh

If you want to be cynical - try this. To ease the financial plight of many lower league clubs the draw ‘randomly’  selects the PL clubs home to a lower league club………..:cool2:

So by your logic, teams in the championship draw Bournemouth or Luton at home but because they are PL they get home allocation? When most of the grounds in the champ are nearly all double capacity.

Be interesting to see how many have renewed. I’ve not seen any announcement like they normally do celebrating X thousand sold

Don’t they normally give out numbers sold when renews are closed? Thats the marker to announce as that’s the point they can compare.

I can’t say that I’ve noticed that many new accounts Dave. I tend to pay attention to the more regular posters so that explains why I haven’t noticed - that said there is one new account that regularly questions some of my posts…….:cool2:

    Seems very sinister to me.

Could be because you’re holding the record for most ignored poster. Don’t leave a big pool of regular posters to question your post.

Must have been really great tactical planning for the opposition.
They had an XG of 1.9.
That’s higher than in 22 other games Leicester played this season. So we didn’t exactly ‘keep them quiet’ due to some tactical master plan.
22 other teams have limited them to less chances.
And you very easily gloss over the Vardy chances.
We could easily have lost that 3-1 had he tucked away those.

It was a good win. But let’s not get carried away. We got lucky.

Ive read that about if Vardy scored loads of times. If he did then the concept of time, would have changed. Then no one would know what would have happened after.
I’m not getting carried away, as we’ve all been here before. As my grandad said to me in the 70’s celebrate the wins, as with City there are going to be a lot more defeats.
