Got to say, Dopey did the same at Salisbury City a few years ago. Make the side fitter than everyone else (easy when you are the only full time team in the division as Salisbury were) and throw the kitchen sink at teams in the last 15 minutes. Not very pretty and comes unstuck now and again (0-6 at home once) but gets points. Better teams find you out though and there is no plan B. They are already massively over achieving and have a dependence on one striker banging in loads of goals (just like Salisbury did). Ithink that Dopey is one of those managers who will always do well in League 2 with a meagre budget but will struggle long term in better leagues and, oddly, with better budgets.
