  1. Magger you just got home from an all day section ?
  2. Witch shows what a predicament were in. And so lacking in depth, that no matter how bad he plays in a run of games,10 15 whatever it is Weimann will always start. Not knocking him by the way he will never stop running his Arse off. Sometimes it's not enough.
  3. think he just needs to get his head up, got in some great positions today and the last game but makes the wrong decisions. The one time he did he put to much on it. Still raw tho, think he will still end up being some player.
  4. Yeah, he generally has a decent first touch and is ok with short pass movements, but weak in many other areas.
  5. If he's week in the final third i can't see how he's a starter, as he sure is week in the defensive third.
  6. Ah that was the reason then. Our strength was all used up on Wednesday.
  7. Conway seems to be on the backfoot as the ball comes into him.
  8. Have to say that's one of the best things i've ever read. "Take me off Boss got a twinge in my calf and foot is painfull after that last tackle." Pearson."Stay on lad i'v had a word with the two Brum Centre Backs at H/T,They will test you out to see if you'r fit for Preston."
  9. See this is the thing with football. My first City game was a 2/0 win over Leyton Orient in 66 and it's been mostly downhill since. Trouble is it will only end at my end!!!!!!
  10. No i 'm saying he's the only other player willing to bring a player down when he sees danger. Now Brian that's a different kettle of Fish. Has he still got a pair of boots?
  11. Get that we need experience in the side and put on here last week that Naismith is the first name on the team sheet for me. But to get the best out of Scott is for the team to be brave. If the rest hide away don't want the ball passed to them in a tight area or gamble on his vision and make the runs, well he's wasted. As you well know Shelts football is all about movement and body position and a lot of ours today was backwards.
  12. You can see on our day we can give good footballing sides like Norwich a decent game. For a few years now when we turn up at the likes of Brum,Preston,Millwall we get bullied outfought and then outthought. It's pretty sad to me that Scott at 19 is the toughest and most brave player we have on the pitch. That's apart from also having the nous and guts to take a booking to stop a dangerous counter attack. Apart from Williams is there anyone else in the squad with that in them.?
  13. Perhaps he's the best we have. Who would you put on them Jay?
  14. Yeah, and Dasilva not the strongest in the tackle you've ever seen. In fact it looks like men against boys all over the pitch in that department.
  15. One thing that we are getting better at is working the ball back to Bentley from our own corners.
  16. Sad Sweet Dreamer...Sweet Sensation.
  17. Good start to the season again will probably keep us in good stead. There is no way we will trouble the top 6. Were so far off challenging wele finnish 6 or 7 places outside the drop.
  18. Heaven must have sent you...The Elgins.
  19. Silver Star....Frankie Vallie and The Four Seasons.
  20. Yeah he's done that a couple of times maybe that was why he was hooked.? Wells was looking some pissed off with that especially after Wells had put the ball in against Cardiff for him to score. Tommy has had a great start to his first team career but a learning curve that it's a team game.
  21. Third Finger Left Hand...The Pearls.
  22. 2/1 win Tuesday night,Fammy late penalty springs to mind.
