  1. Well is it always going to be  going to be always that we sell on . My worry over the potential signing of  Twine is who gets sold to allow the Lansdown's to be happy with the sums. It's no good signing Twine, who I think would be a good signing, if 2 or 3 good players are sold to allow it to happen.

Our best hope is he stays on in a coaching capacity, but this certainly seems to signify the end of his playing time here.

I think we are all going off of the many platitudes given to “Kingy” by the players and staff alike. 😉

Are we sure his playing days are over or just painting our own picture from what's happening. Will he be offered a coaching role, any clues to that happening.

He's still ours until the end of next season, so he's going for a fee if he leaves.  That being said we still have 14 months left to get him pension to paper so maybe he just wants to look at his options over the summer.

What do you think he's worth in the last year of his contract ?

    Sheffield Wednesday(LOSE) at Sunderland

    Plymouth(WIN) home to Hull

    Birmingham(WIN) home to Norwich

Then it won't be so far to travel next season(23/24)

See all you hoards at Stoke next Saturday and don't forget for those using the trains

Stoke City ground can be seen on the right hand side in direction of travel above the embankment by the green footbridge if the train ain't going to fast.

Suggest reserving a seat/s as all the trains heading north start their journeys at Plymouth

As the train/s will be pack make sure you stock up with yer bottles of pop, chocky bars, sandwiches and liquid refreshments before you board the train.

Could  we really win their for the sixth time in a row? we must be their bogey side,so lets hope it continues

For all you hords that are using the train from BTM or Bristol Parkway have the tickets issued from Parson Street

Why the need from tickets issued from Parsons street out of interest?

This isn't the biggest deal in the world but it is a little silly that Manning is saying in press conferences that no talks are taking place and then Tinnion is saying on Robins TV who we have and haven't offered a contract. I do feel there is a lack of a comms strategy at times...

Surely it's more than 'a little silly'. It shows a total disconnect between LM and BT. Do they not attend the same meetings ? Or even on the same page of the mission. Who is pulling whose strings ? Just waiting for a presser from crayon boy now to clear up the miss information

As Pearson said in his interview this week, ‘Liam has taken over a very good position’

He has. And he’s been promised some spends. I’m excited to see what happens in the summer. If Manning really wants Twine then I can see a scenario where offers are accepted for two even three of ours.

    Interesting. A part exchange deal.

Ok 2/3 of our players but who would they be ?

    Or Pearson’s. 😝

    Okies

.yes done seemingly decent recruitment with some still to be seen next season. I would suggest couple of those should go down to Pearson not BT. How say does BT have over the manager? How much day does SL and/or crayon boy have.

And yes we will see next season

A good base from this year ?

What does the summer recruitment bring and how much ambition shown in that area.

Yes things seem to be settling and firm /results are improving .

I would love to be priced wrong but really not convinced by the BT/ crayon boy dynamic over/controlling/dictating to LM

Still has 2 years left on his deal, so Burnley have absolutely no need to be charitable on the fee. If they do come down, which they probably will, the very best we could do is have a season long loan with a fee attached imo.

Either that, or succumb and pay £4-5m.

If Burnley are hell bent on that, we should thanks but no thanks and move straight for Rudoni.

Is Rudoni interested and how much

I think it could be the Concourse that's the main issue. That said there are always work arounds .
Big away following isn't the problem. When you get 1000 in a 3,500 stand is when you lose money , or potential money. The balance is spend Vs gain . How many times a year do we get small followings for a game that would sell out ?

They could probably put in a movable wall for segregating the Concourse, but it has to be cost effective , they wont do anything just for fun or atmosphere.

Rumour has it that Bajic will get 45 mins.*

Which means his chant can finally be used,

It's a kind of Bajic, to the tune of it's kind of magic.

    *I've just started this rumour

You rumour monger you. Will his performance be so good we get seven figures offers by Monday morning. And BT & crayon boy plaudits on making so much in profit 🤔 ?

Home Record has actually been okay this year however the wider point that you make I tend to agree..

It is ridiculous and seems to have been imposed by stealth..should such a move not have been announced and it publicised. I don't recall.

    2k to away.

    Less segregation

    Remaining Home Fans.

How big is the segregation- how wide should it be

The other issue of course is the FA Cup- this mandates up to 15% of capacity to away sides so we would have to rework it for this.

How difficult would it really be to work segregation changes for differing away fan allowance between league and FA cup games. I cannot believe it would be that difficult. The club just need to be willing to make the effort

Don't the club have to keep a certain number of tickets back for pay on the day anyway?

Let's say we have 22000 seats available for home fans, we'd probably be looking to max out at 18k season tickets and then leave the rest for general sale.

The issue with the south stand was the number of unused season tickets. From what I heard, despite being sold out it was at around 60% capacity on average, the club had to do something. Season tickets are still of huge importance for a club like ourselves, can't see there coming a time in the near future where we won't have them

So has the club done anything to avoid the empty seats of unused season tickets

I particularly liked the bit where he said that we can talk about being ambitious (which is why he joined us) but we have to show that in terms of our actions re the squad in the summer. Over to you SL.

So agree. Ambition cost money in the modern game. What really worries me is between LM  and SL is BT & crayon boy.

Sh1t sandwich comes to mind 🤦‍♂️

Stuck in queue awaiting to log on

Bloody got season tickets for me and grandsons in the end.

My tablet could not get into the site, just was stuck in the queue. So threw some clothes on and legged it, a steady quick shuffle these days, and got on my library computer. Logged straight on site. But did not seem to be offering me membership discount prices. But in the end it let me get them in family block.

Quite exited not had a season ticket for few years now

I guess so never be cured of this football affair
