Home Record has actually been okay this year however the wider point that you make I tend to agree..

It is ridiculous and seems to have been imposed by stealth..should such a move not have been announced and it publicised. I don't recall.

    2k to away.

    Less segregation

    Remaining Home Fans.

How big is the segregation- how wide should it be

The other issue of course is the FA Cup- this mandates up to 15% of capacity to away sides so we would have to rework it for this.

How difficult would it really be to work segregation changes for differing away fan allowance between league and FA cup games. I cannot believe it would be that difficult. The club just need to be willing to make the effort

Don't the club have to keep a certain number of tickets back for pay on the day anyway?

Let's say we have 22000 seats available for home fans, we'd probably be looking to max out at 18k season tickets and then leave the rest for general sale.

The issue with the south stand was the number of unused season tickets. From what I heard, despite being sold out it was at around 60% capacity on average, the club had to do something. Season tickets are still of huge importance for a club like ourselves, can't see there coming a time in the near future where we won't have them

So has the club done anything to avoid the empty seats of unused season tickets

I particularly liked the bit where he said that we can talk about being ambitious (which is why he joined us) but we have to show that in terms of our actions re the squad in the summer. Over to you SL.

So agree. Ambition cost money in the modern game. What really worries me is between LM  and SL is BT & crayon boy.

Sh1t sandwich comes to mind 🤦‍♂️

Stuck in queue awaiting to log on

Bloody got season tickets for me and grandsons in the end.

My tablet could not get into the site, just was stuck in the queue. So threw some clothes on and legged it, a steady quick shuffle these days, and got on my library computer. Logged straight on site. But did not seem to be offering me membership discount prices. But in the end it let me get them in family block.

Quite exited not had a season ticket for few years now

I guess so never be cured of this football affair

Just to prove it doesn’t only happen when things are bad. I’ll take a wild guess as to which bullet will get the most attention…!

    - Vyner has a chance but very unlikely to be fit

    - Doesn’t see it as a specific test of playing a lower team, more about how we play

    - Unsure what expectations were post break. Definitely feels there is progress, more resilience and fight - really enjoyed a lot of us with the ball against Norwich and started post second half well, playing with purpose

    - Noted matched points from last season so want to beat that with two to go. Referenced he thinks we’ve been good defensively consistently, pointing to QPR, Cardiff, Ipswich

    - Looking forward to time on grass in pre season, heavy schedule post Christmas. Happy with where group are at and now about fine tuning

    - Conversations with OOC players haven’t happened as yet (I’d say that’s a lie…!)

    - Thinks Joe Williams has done well recently but been helped by those around him, credit to the staff and coaches as that’s what they do in improving players and most have

    - Haydon Roberts not seen as backup. Had to be patient but has done well. Didn’t answer question as to what he’s seen as (fullback or centre half)

    - Medube - looked decent in training and might get an opportunity (I think that’s the second lie)

    - Thinks Norwich goal offside, Cornick onside

    - Watched 21s yesterday - were some decent bits, attitude good, Brian’s done a great job, behaviours were right. Didn’t name a specific player. Watching 18s later

    - Knight-Lebel comment - taken off after 60 minutes as back injury as opposed to plans for first team

    - Need more goals from across the team

    - “People misread what I say and don’t listen properly at times. I want players to be emotional but recognise you need to be in control and not make rash actions” In training gave bad decisions in game to work on reactions (I do that with 12 year olds so wholeheartedly back it!)

    - Psychology plays a big part in recruitment- need to understand the whole package, sometimes don’t understand that until they’re in the door. Look at recovery, positioning as these tend to be focus and desire behaviours - the team are very good at that

    - Knights current position; has done a great job there, the group understand how to play positions now. Asked if it was a long term plan or had developed - said it wasn’t a plan long term and LM is adaptable and likes to tweak things. Knight is now running less/smarter.

    - Conway - no update. Want to keep him, he has an offer. Loves working with him. Thinks Conway has improved this season and should score 15+ a season, Twine helps that.

    - Body alignment coach visiting the club. Wasn’t Liams decision. End of season need each department needs to review how they work.

    - Every day of pre season is planned already in terms of session, running distance etc.

Again, pretty relaxed (as expected). The comment of people not listening was a bit barbed - but it’s also no coincidence he’s got better at communicating as he’s got more relaxed and it was a large part of he wasn’t articulating as well. (And tbf I had noted I think he said emotion when he meant focus and he’s using it in a different context here). That whole section was pretty interesting and is worth a listen.

No mention of Southampton victory 🤔

It’s our easiest remaining game of the season as well.

And the presser will be about the process and mention that we beat Southampton if any one had missed that in previous pressers.

  7. Thought he again looked sluggish today . A he has over past few performances. Carrying an injury would be a reason. Do we have no one to cover for him? And I felt Max looked a bit sore towards the end of the second half too . He did not seem to be moving well, well that what thought anyway

  8. So tonight's not problem only me going and think I have safely put my ticket in Google wallet to get in . But for the Rotherham game 2 grandsons with me. So what I piece together from the helpful responses here. Is I download mine to Google wallet then each of the grandsons tickets to the same Google wallet. Then at turnstiles just swipe through the three tickets as you would a photo to get us all in

I’d like to see a 3-4-1-2 formation personally, give Tommy a go up top with Wells / Cornick

                                Oleary

                Tanner , Vyner , Roberts

    Sykes       James         Knight          Pring

                                  Twine

                         Wells      Conway

    Is vyner fit tonight?

I think he gets his seat on the bench because the squad is so small, plus LM doesn’t want to put other younger players there. If Mbude didn’t even make the bench that would mean LM is admitting he’d made a big mistake and he doesn’t want to do that

But by giving no minutes dies that not suggest he did not want Mbdude?
