Just now, A Horse With No Name said:Well if we have it will mean the board got it spot on, and the majority on here were wrong.
We will never know what would have happened if NP was still here so not sure how you can say that .

Dreadful news that couldn't really have come at a worse time for his family and friends. Far too young too.Condolonces to all that knew Chris.

But only managed 400 to Fleetwood on a Bank Holiday Monday earlier this year.
Presumably the other 10k were down the road riding donkeys on the beach.
Punching them more likely.

Again, thank you both for your kind words. The saddest part is that she went from a very poorly paid job to a job that really didn't pay that much more but was enough to satisfy the building society that agreed to give her the loan for a mortgage.

Thanks for both of your replies. I am indeed proud of her.I am not one for bigging up my family but she was very good at doing a tough job that I certainly couldn't of done.It was a job that gave her a lot of purpose and satisfaction too.A real shame and I am sure there are many other similar stories.

I always say to my mrs anybody who works with mentally handicapped kids / difficult kids elderly people etc deserve every fxxking penny & more they get
My daughter spent several years working in a home for adults with a variety of mental and physical health issues. These included people that couldn't even eat. They were fed through pegs in their stomach. Obviously the place was understaffed so she had to do cooking and cleaning on top of her duties. Days and night shifts. She loved it.When she wanted to buy a house with her boyfriend she couldn't get a mortgage on her earnings. She had to leave the care home and go selling home insurance over the phone as it paid more.Absolutely shocking.

How Thacker and Randell don’t get in the England squad in beyond me.

They apparently did it for running stories without giving the club a chance to provide their side of it. Having said that I'm not sure Sky are one I'd try and pick on.
Yeah but they are Man Utd.Well......they used to be.

Because I expected us to push for the play offs this season under NP. The same expectation applies with LM.
Great idea, let's close otib down until it pans out shall we?
I think LM is the wrong fit for the players we have. I'm allowed to have that opinion.
Let's all do a Tinnion and leave OTIB til we are in the Prem.

I think NP was building a real togetherness with the majority of fans that we haven't seen very often. The nearest in recent times probably being Steve Cotterell and Gary Johnson.A real feeling of positivity around the club. That feeling of optimism and goodwill was undone in an instant with Nigel's dismissal.I don't think the club could possibly be more out of tune with the fans.

I always liked the little dig at Elvis Costello and Cait O'Riordan and their somewhat tempestuous relationship
Love Fiesta and love Shane's voice, but I would love to get the instrumental version of this. Have never been able to find it.It was used on a kids TV programme years ago.Gilbert's Fridge if I recall correctly.

slightly o/t, but when i was banger racing, there was a guy who would turn up and not overly keen on getting out on track getting smashed up. give him 2 packs of wotsits and hed wreck his car until it wouldnt move any more and be laughing his socks off the whole time. he even thought it funny when he accidently put his truck cab rear window through with the hi-ab, amazing effects from the preserves in them
Years ago, orange squash, when it was bright orange, used to send me absolutely loopy.

Just to clarify, I have no problem with Liam, just the manner of his appointment which is obviously no fault of his own.
