Yeah that's true, I did mention the option of pushing pring forward in another thread in replace of odowda, but feel Scott is a bit wasted at rwb, and would keep the improved Dasilva there.

If that's him in the recording then what a ****. Deserves everything coming to him if true.

The trouble is, who do we have to play in his position? Do we put Atkinson in at the back when he's fit, and move Pring forward?

I think the only person who can convince him to stay is Pearson. He's undoubtedly player better under Pearson than he did under Johnson and Holding. Hopefully we finish the year strong, with Massengo being a main focal point along with Scott and Semenyo. If he can convince him to sign the deal, along with other elements of the team coming together, then i don't see why we can't finish top half next season, and be play off contenders the season after.

With Williams now getting back to fitness it's a real headache as to who he replaces. Scott and Massengo definitely don't get dropped, and with Dasilva getting back into his stride I'd be keeping him in the side. The only feasible way to fit Williams in would be to drop Martin, which is again very harsh as I think he's a solid player for us and a very composed finisher when he gets into the right position.

If he can just stay here for two more seasons it will be a blessing. The lad is immense when he's at his best. He'll only get more consistent. And now he's getting his goal contributions he'll be a mammoth player for us next season if he stays ?

Hopefully this doesn't knock his confidence, he's been very good this season.

When can we just have a nice comfortable 2-0, not asking for it all the time, but just once in a while when we can watch a game and not almost have a panic attack

Think that's the only type of late goal that would shock me now.
