Just to add a bit more to the above Spectators can return to grounds in National League and women's football. The FA has proposed two stages to allow supporters in from 22nd August National league steps 3 to 6, and women's steps 3 to 4 may return From 22nd August to 30th August Spectators are permitted if number does not exceed 15% of capacity From 30th August clubs are permitted to allow up to 30% of capacity Clubs can only have up to 30% AFTER they have played a game up to 15%. UEFA have confirmed no Spectators will be able to attend Nations league games in September. But hopeful there will be sufficient test events to get reduced numbers in for the following round of fixtures in October including England games against Belgium, Denmark and Wales

But any returning player can't just return to another teams dressing room, they would need to be put through the usual checks etc, it was three weeks before a game so no idea what the time scales are after

That is correct, it used to go down to level 8 of the pyramid, but believe it was changed to level 6

The problem could be whether England release them from the "bubble" all the players are in? Tom Banton and Lewis Gregory will be around England duty so guess it depends how early they are put in this bubble to impact their availability

That was my first reaction too, this could flip on it's head. But reading the press release it is mentioned about teams that have very low crowds at that level already so would need a massive upturn in attendance to become an issue

Agree with the comments above about the declaration. What always bothers me most about things like this is that if we can see it why can't "the professionals"

Can't honestly see the point in having such scheme for this season We are months away from getting anywhere like being able to get all season ticket holders in the ground so even further away from members etc. I would guess if it got to a point of members those with rugby season tickets are already members so there is the way to top up the attendance

Fair point, and I am aware that in the past I have been told my posts come across in a way I never intended Without us all diverting off topic, there is a good thread here debating the virus etc, I want to finish by saying I really do understand peoples concerns. But I work in the medical industry and have been heavilly involved in getting thousands of staff back into hundreds of sites around the country so am probably looking at things in a different light
