  1. Slightly WSL related, was a great result for Chelsea winning 1-0 in the first leg of the Champions league semi final in Barcelona

Their first home defeat since February 2019

Now to finish the job off next Saturday evening

    Personally I like the drummers.

You've got to be on a wind up?

They played almost constantly through the 90 minutes, offering nothing to the atmosphere

I've never been aware of this at any UK ground apart from ours

People are there to watch a football match not some two bob drum outfit

Just shown about 6 replays on Norwich TV and offside on every one of them

    But not here

    But ultimately it's been given

    Who cares?

The issue of a better bonus for the higher position is one thing

Being able to quote "top ten finish" is a selling point of the club this summer

Definitely looks tighter than I first thought.

Looking at this the foot playing the ball is nearer the dark part of the pitch

The guy he passes to isn't as close to the dark area Screenshot_20240420_162006_Samsung Internet.jpg

He looked like he was even beyond O'Leary. Terrible defending though.

I hope you are not a linesman lol

Final home game of the season for Farm tomorrow against Melksham. A win would all but secure the playoffs.

Quite likely to be a party in the clubhouse with a win.

    Winning 2-0

Ollie Woodhouse and Lewis Leigh-Gilchrist with the goals

  6. Xg looking bleak here

Very well played by us and should be leading. Also listening to Norwich commentary, stated not many teams have given Norwich so many problems and Manning will be the happier manager

The other thing I like about their local comms is the mention of the local football scores etc

    C’mon Argyle!!!

Not worried about them today, let's get Birmingham down that table

Their game was halted for 30 minutes due to a medical emergency, back underway now

Sod listening to them. Im listening to Noreich. Very balanced from them and not too biased. Accepting weve had the better chances.

I started with Norwich, switched to us but comms is dull so finished with Norwich

It's interesting hearing an opposition view on us

  8. Lots of huff and puff but never looked like scoring

We looked stronger with Furness on the pitch, but once her and Morgan were subbed off our chances were all but done

I'm at a loss why it took until the 93rd minute to bring on Harrison for defender

Olly Thomas, Tommy set it up.

    +++++

Think the u21s recalled like Araoye and Acey are being used as opportunities for the shop window, Raph maybe for loan, Ben for next club when released.

Was going to say it was Olly Thomas

    Losing 3-1 now

Again, penny for his thoughts today. There is an argument which has been gone through over not playing him last week but the fact remains that instead of playing someone who had been on the bench for 30 games when a vacancy arose in his position, the head coach decided to move several players around and make us far less effective. That had to make him feel like crap.

Fast forward to today and he’s not involved full stop. The only way I can rationalise it is if he’s knocked on LMs door and said he’d rather play in the U21s than warm the bench and not get on. If that’s not the case then - at face value - it looks a horrible piece of man management of a young player.

And don’t get me started on Tinnion recalling Araoye as opposed to him finishing an excellent loan spell just to play in an irrelevant U21s game!

Incorrect Phants. The 21s are 9th in their table and have as much chance of winning the league as Rovers do of theirs. The U18s lack of development at higher levels has been cached as trying to win their league which is just batshit crazy

Thank you for clarifying, I just realised I was referring to the U18s 🤦
