Jack Hunt is tearing us a new one. Said right at the start of the window we should be in for him but no one on here seemed to consider it
-
I would take him. Good player

To answer the question, Cellino all day long
-
If MK counted the attendance based on tickets sold, then the 5109 figure is accurate. If they counted it on number of tickets actually passed through the turnstiles, then we had more than that. As I said earlier in the thread, stewards were just letting a lot of us through the wrong turnstiles without fans actually entering the ticket in the machine.
-
I didn't think MK's support was that bad. We've been quieter than that at Ashton Gate many a time this season
-
I don't think the tickets helped - mine didn't say top or bottom so had no idea which one to go.
However, I came away thinking the stewards were pretty good guys. They didn't care if we stood up and they didn't care if we wanted to go stand somewhere else, as long as the seat was free.
I also found the 2 or 3 I spoke to really helpful.
I guess it all depends on who you get.
Yeah, the ones I encountered didn't know what they were doing and seemed to crumble under the pressure of a large away attendance...
Also, if they counted the away attendance based on number of tickets entered into the turnstiles, then there will have actually been a fair few more than the 5100 that's been stated
-
Yes,three of us did.
We watched the game from the disabled section because they said our ticket numbers were already in use.
In the 2nd half I even had a steward telling me to move or I will be ejected,I told him it was MK's fault we were where we were and wasn't going to move.
He soon disappeared.
Joke wasn't it mate! A fair few near to me were forced to stand in the aisle as there was no seats available nearby. Wasn't long before a group of stewards were over to them forcing them to move, and those who refused/argued back were being threatened with ejection. All this when it was their own bloody fault. Personally I wasn't too bothered as me and my mates found some seats that luckily we weren't asked to move from, and the atmosphere was generally good down there.

Anyone else end up in the bottom tier when they were meant to be in the top, because of awful stewarding?
-
It was sold out for Wham who had 1000 more, so add that to todays crowd and pretty much the same .
Yeah good point mate. We did take up a lot of the space of the Atyeo where the West Ham fans were, but yeah there was still a few hundred empty seats in the Fleetwood end. Rest of the ground was definitely not sold out, but as you say it''s not as bad as I had originally thought.
-
We're not playing every week. We're playing every 3 1/2 days!
Good point!
-
Great result after a tough first 25 minutes. Only downside was the attendance, just 11,600. I know Fleetwood only had 100 but that's still poor, we should be selling out every week! Maybe it's because it was on a Sunday?

Swindon miss a penalty

If you watch the games, you really shouldn't need him to.
I do watch the games, no need for that dig. Maybe you should be reminded we have kept 4 clean sheets in a row, in which Williams has played every game. Yes his distribution can be bad and he takes the odd long shot but defensively I have absolutely no worries with him.
-
Misread a pass for the goal conceded vs PNE & has been guilty of misreading play a lot recently IMO. Goes on wandering runs and thinks he can score from 40 yards. He will become an extremely good player at L1/Champ level but I think Osbourne will come in & do well. Would rather lose Del then Flint or Ayling.
Fair enough. I really rate Williams, the defence has been very solid last month or so and he has been a strong part of that. Oldham game is the only time I can remember him playing badly. Who goes LCB now? Ayling? Can't see Osborne being comfortable playing there
-
Blessing in disguise - Del has been remarkably average and made some errors that seem to have been swept under the carpet last few months. Looking forward to seeing Osbourne back.
Can you elaborate on some of those errors
-
964 away fans great effort

Been struggling with a calf problem

I think it'll be a lot closer than people think.
I don't. 6-0 City. (Just hope the players aren't as cocky as I am!)
-
3-1 City. Comfortable win to extend our lead and Ferguson to get the sack
-
2-2 is my prediction, Henderson x2 for Orient, Flint and Baldock for City
-
Did anyone see El-Abd in the lap of honour today? I realised after that I couldn't remember seeing him, even though players like Wynter who have hardly featured were there
