Long way to go yet, gas.

In Preston and so far been started on by 4 different groups of their fans just for walking round with a city scarf on. Not whinging about it, but come on, 4 times! Safe to say they're fired up. And yes I've put my scarf away...

On the way there, overheard a coversation earlier on the train which I liked... Old women: You off to a football match? Bloke: Yeah, bristol city Old women: Oh, their not doing so well are they? Bloke: we're doing very well! Old women: Oh yeah, that's that other Bristol team who aren't very good, isn't it?

This season on the pitch is going beyond my wildest dreams, another good win and an away atmosphere that yet again triumphs the home atmosphere week in week out. Thinking of not splashing out on a season ticket next year and putting that money towards away games instead if the clubs plans for unreserved seating don't change, as are a far few many others I speak to, so much more enjoyable! Well done Cotterill and the lads for giving us what we've wanted for seasons, your all!

Would have planned around the Friday if I'd known. Club don't understand the lengths fans go to in order to see City, home or away. Those lengths will be even stronger at this time of year.

I planned train tickets around this game, lotta money spunked down the drain now though!

Decent attacking team. I remember posting a while back on here when cotts first joined "expect to see tall, paceless attackers getting the ball hoofed to them from the back. Cotterill brings negative football with him" Bloody clueless!

Good performance and a decent result. Frustrating, but if we can play like that next season we'll be back in the championship. Fills me with yet more confidence that Cotterill is the right man, things are looking up! Colchester are on suicidal form so three points there should just about secure survival and allow us to express ourselves for the final 6 or 7 games. As for Swindon, a lot of clinging on and an awful lot of cheating, but every team does it. Eastend was great second half, Swindon fans quiet throughout. We'll get em next season!

Not confident with that formation. Don't see the need to change.

What is that meant to mean?

The fact there is still almost a quarter of the season to go and the fact we begin to play much more beatable teams. April will see us secure safety. Look at the fixture list... Crucial clashes at home. We are staying up. I'm confident of that.

Points away from home are good if we get three points at home. Which we aren't. Oldham are the sort of team we need to be beating in the run in
