  1. i would say more the chipolata variety...wiener?..far too much substance!
  2. watch out for the Ref!!..28 bookings in his last eight matches!!!!..likes to be noticed.
  3. to be honest think that Lisbie will have a field day against em..crock im early!!!
  4. if i had to stick a tenner on it would be 2-0 Orient...were due not to score as we have scored in every game under Cotts and i cant see them not scoring.
  5. shouldav had this one on my accum today but couldnt bring meself to do it...will make meself do it next time.
  6. These are the salient points-that both these players would be holding down first team positions-successfully,at a higher level..as a league one pairing they will achieve 40+ goals this season which is of course a very good return-it's the team unit that has been the problem and to a lesser extent still is.the new boss appears to be getting to grips with it so lets get behind him and the team as we dont look the soft touch anymore..
  7. hes replacing Fontaine and Carey, both nearing the end of their time here..and giving flexibility as he plays full back too..and hes orrible, and orrible we can do with..
  8. Maggie was much better looking-quite a tidy bird in er day...
  9. Don't think it's an agenda, just that Eliot has had his day and it's a little telling that he is in the side.its just a waste of time.the deadwood taking longer to chop out than the managers-or head coaches!..Strange tactical change to go the extra man in the middle when we were well on top.now Tamworth are looking the stronger which is not what I would expect in the last 20 mins.we are so lacking confidence even against humble opposition..
  10. Definately workable..so long as the area is secured and of course no work on a match day!..Can't have those dems men watching JET without paying!!
  11. cant imagine who at a higher level is going to pay the price ..he is at this club for reasons, and one of those he doesnt see enough of the ball in the higher standard and when he does get it the players opposing him are, well, more able to shut him out.pie in the sky and a strange thing even for this guy to come out with.
  12. Effort put in can't be faulted and thought Williams was excellent but am I the only one that was watching two very very average sides huff and puff??..of course three points most welcome but felt Crawley the worst team I have seen at the gate for a very long time and that we honestly didn't look like beating them.the one bright spark was that the players did keep concentration and did stick with it.two late goals and excitement over winning at home at last papering over the cracks..ok,my tin hats on!...
  13. i doubt this is about running on a pitch..other incidents outside the ground and elsewhere are what its about i guess.
  14. thats pretty incredible..how could he in any way give even one percent of himself to such a thing at such a time.very sad individual.my old fella was City through and through as am i and certainly no thaught of the Rovers invaded my mind at the time of his passing.
