To be fair I would have been gutted if O’Dowda was offered a new contract. Apart from a handful of games over the years he’s been average at best. Should have gone 3 or 4 years ago.

It was never diabolical and I saw every home game plus several away games on the red button.
Yes it was diabolical at times.

No ST for me. I’ve been going since ‘97 and need a break. The match day experience is awful, it’s far too expensive and I’m finding it pretty boring these days. Also, I’m not a fan of the Lansdown Bristol sport franchise cosy family easy life feel of the club.
UTC.

I’m not concerned about the rest of this season at all. In fact, I’d be happy to write it off now. Next season is a huge worry. Unless we see a drastic change in the defence and midfield we will be struggling again. Also, if Scott, Semenyo, Massengo etc leave, then we HAVE to replace them. No good just paying that money off of the debt as the playing staff will suffer. If Pearson is in charge next season, give him all of that money. Let him form a decent side that actually has some tactical awareness, and a bit of an idea how to defend and tackle. My concern is the powers that be will interfere and Pearson will walk away. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Bit of a reach sticking Vokes in there.

Coventry did their homework and did a fantastic job on us in the first half. Restricted any forward passes, causing Klose and Kalas to pass sideways and back. They made us look really poor because of their energy and pressing. It’s very difficult to pass forward without smashing it 90 yards, if you don’t have the options.

I’ll be running on the pitch on Tuesday. Hopefully I can get one of those snazzy stewards jackets. I’m not a child.

Is there any chance we keep him in the summer?
Absolutely none.

I don’t think anyone is saying he’s the problem but he is part of a defence that concedes tons of goals and isn’t exempt from criticism
The OP is saying first one out the door in the summer. So that would highlight Kalas being a problem, no?

Really? Easily our best defender. Puts his body on the line every game. Rarely gets outmuscled. He’s been immense for the majority of the games this season. Yeah he may have been at fault today, but that doesn’t make him shite. Top earner or not.

Can’t make it tonight, but why has Austin gone so overboard there? Nobody really giving him any serious stick?

Some shit draw like Blackpool away. Bollocks.

You know we won on Wednesday though, right?
Ah I forgot we dominated that game from start to finish. My apologies.

We get outplayed every game though. Can’t keep saying ‘on to the next one’.

Not necessarily, but he is an option we're lacking.
You’ve missed my sarcasm. He wouldn’t put in a shift for this team. He’d be in the same camp as Bakinson.

Still a cosy club with still a lot of cosy, lazy over paid so called players.
Very cosy. ‘Average player come in and earn £25k a week, do **** all and then leave after 3 years. We wish you very success in the future and thank you for your time draining money from the club’.
