Andy Carroll just got sent off for scoring with a handball- 4

Losing to Cardiff should surely be worthy of Watford changing manager again

Ahhh I wasn't aware of that. At least they were honest about how long he would last

Not entirely sure I trust this source but you wouldn't put it past them would you?
I would say this'll hopefully make this weekend's game a little easier but by now, managerial chaos must just be the default state at Watford now

This is one of those games I'm glad we have very little to play for...

In response to the thread title, not us! We only need five points to be mathematically safe. Blackpool & Wigan can`t catch us.
Peterborough got relegated with 54 points in 2013. That's the highest ever points total for a relegated team.
Probably just another win would be enough.

Cardiff getting very close to that relegation zone...

It's not too late for them to get relegated is it? Chelsea away next season?

Most environmentally sustainable club in the Championship...
You'll never sing that!

My Cardiff supporting friends are trying to roast me atm but honestly I wouldn't trade places with them for a second.

Well this is all going wrong isn't it

Not sure I've heard a peep out of the Cardiff fans on this stream.
Away fans in full voice though.

First genuinely disappointing result for quite a while. At least we got something from it

As someone who has lived in Cardiff for the last 7 years, the idea of Warnock being the one to relegate Cardiff down to league one is absolutely hilarious.
Please let it happen.

Another strange thing has been the constant sharing of Michael Sheen's speech or talking about their national anthem.
I think the Welsh national anthem is a cracker. One of the best in the world. But that isn't as relevant to sporting competitions as people think it is. 'Passion' will only get you so far.

He’s barely played football for months and it showed so I would say he wasn’t match fit. Obviously was going to play in this World Cup but from here he needs to be dropped.
One of the stranger things about Wales' fanbase has been to take the whole "Wales, Golf, Madrid" jokes a bit too literally. I laughed at that flag at the time tbf, but it went a bit far.
Some Wales fans don't seem to think that their players never getting a game at club level and only turning up for international duty is a bad thing. In fact, some of them actively celebrate it.
Bale, Ramsey, Allen and Hennessey (to name a few) have hardly featured for their clubs at all in 2022. In cases like Bale and Hennessey they've hardly featured since about 2019. Bizarre that anyone can think this is good for their international careers.- 2

Antoine on the bench again.

Glad I've got this game on in the office.
Shame I'm not getting a lot of work done.

Best thing about this match is the ticket price. Sadly can't really afford many league matches nowadays (this'll only be my 3rd match of the season) so £12 to sit in the Dolman is very welcome.

That's what happens when your fanbase thinks you're on the brink of signing Gareth Bale but you actually sign Callum O'Dowda

Wrexham - Boreham Wood

Even if you take away all the Hollywood stuff, when I was a kid Wrexham were a staple League One team (and I'm only 30!) so it's a bit weird that quite so much is being made of their promotion to the football league. Isn't this them just getting back to the level they were usually historically at?
